We stayed here for my best friends hen do and the villa was perfect. The location was great and easy to get into Lisbon city centre via a bolt (which was also cheap too). The host was very helpful and always available to answer any questions we had!

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Location

Our family stayed here at the very end of our Portugal trip. This house was perfect for all of us ranging in age from 8 to 88. It is a lovely home and very clean. There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. Alice was there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the home and answered questions we had about the neighborhood. The neighborhood was wonderful- quiet, but just a short walk to the main street with plenty of great restaurants and shops. This is not in the heart of Lisbon, but that is what we wanted and it was a short taxi/Uber ride to the main areas. We had a minor issue with a sink while we were there and Alice was on it ASAP, very responsive, and got someone to come fix it that day. Thank you for a great stay!

Lisbon 2023

The villa was located in an upscale neighborhood close to several restaurants and stores. The only disappointing aspect was that only two of the five bedrooms had air conditioners and it was very warm during our July stay—room fans would have been helpful. The host Alice was nice and friendly. We were a group of 11 and the pool and ping pong table was enjoyable for the children.

Comfortable home with lots of room

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable and in a nice quiet location. Alice-the host-was easy to work with and provided good tips and information on Lisbon. It’s a nice base from which to explore Lisbon. It’s outside the heavy tourist area, but easy to access most tourist sites via inexpensive Uber rides or the metro which is less than a 15 min walk.

Excellent Accomodation, Fantastic Hospitality

Nine of us stayed here recently for a festival - the photographs on the website do not do the place justice. The pool area is fantastic, the indoor barbeque opening out over the pool was a bonus (and well used!), all of the bedrooms are a good size, the kitchen is new and modern and communal areas had ample space for all of us. The hospitality extended by the owner was also fantastic. When we arrived, not only was there water and milk in the fridge, but beers and wine along with a guided tour of the house, recommendations of where to go and what to see and Alice seemed personally offended that our taxi driver has ripped us off for the ride from the airport! (It takes around 5 minutes and should cost no more than 8 euros) Cannot recommend this villa highly enough - we will be back!

superb villa!

We stayed in this villa for one week and loved it! The landlady is lovely, she met us on arrival and even had milk and cereal in the fridge when we arrived. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The kitchen has all the mod cons and the whole villa is completely kitted out. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the picture and is clean and lovely. We would stay here again, it is reasonably priced and very close to everything.

Exceptional friendliness

The property exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and décor are of a very high standard and it is so big that there were parts of it we hardly used. It is very well located near local shopping, restaurants and bars. It is also within easy walking distance of the excellent Lisbon metro system. On top of all of this Alice and her husband (who live 2 doors away) can not do enough to ensure a wonderful stay in their home.

Is priceless, for us, the meeting...

The welcome we received in this home was one of the many beautiful things we've had from this trip in Portugal: the warmth and discretion of the hostess made us feel right at home, as well as the warmth and discretion of these lands gladdened our hearts a bit 'distressed. The house, furnished with taste and refinement, is functional and modern: comforts are numerous, from the espresso machine, very important for us Italians, to the elevator inside. The rooms are bright and airy and the garden outside and the small pool is invaluable on a sunny day. Is priceless , for us, the meeting, the link with those, human, who give us an asylum (Aeschylus-The supplices)

ABOVE EXPECTATIONS!!

We stayed in this villa last September (2010) with nine persons. It was a great stay!! The house is beautiful, clean and there is a lot of space: IT WAS ABOVE EXPECTATIONS!!! Outside there is a pool and a nice place to sit outside in the sunshine. The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The villa is situated in a nice neighborhood and the metro is nearby, you are in the center within 20 minutes! The owner is very helpful and friendly. We can recommend this villa to everyone who likes a pleasant stay in Lisbon!

perfect accommodation in Lisbon

This is the perfect villa for bigger groups/families. A very well-maintained, modern, clean and complete house. Close to the subway (which takes you to the city center in no-time). The outside area (incl pool) was a real bonus. Great service provided by the owner (such as restaurant tips, sight seeing ideas and arranging airport transfer). This villa is well worth the investment and can really be recommended!

great and very clean villa, close to the metro which brings you into the city centre within 20 minutes. swimming pool and terrace are relaxing and the kitchen has everyting you need to cook an good meal. owner of the property is very helpfull and gave a lot of information on Lissabon and where to go.
