The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room measuring approximately 30 m2. Here you will find simultaneously the large kitchen, reading area and TV area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, on the second floor there are two other bedrooms and another bathroom
Outdoor area with lots of sun exposure

Green surroundings and panoramic views over Arco da Calheta. Very good sun exposure. Casa d sits on a hillside overlooking the sea in southwest Madeira. This stretch of coast, known as the, has some of the most beautiful views in Madeira and as such is quickly becoming the place to live and holiday for the most discerning. The house is self-contained and set in well-kept gardens with terraces for alfresco dining and sunbathing. It also has a barbecue area. Inside the house offers spacious accommodation and is furnished to a high contemporary standard. The main bedroom has a double bed and a large bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have showers. The large open-plan living area has a sofa, cable TV, DVD, video and CD player and a dining table. For the winter months there are oil radiators for the bedrooms. The kitchen has large cabinets with granite countertops, electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. There is Wi-Fi available.

Parking directly at the house

It is also around 10 km from Jardim do Mar, where surfing is practiced.

We are just 40 km from Funchal Marina, 55 km from the airport, 4.5 km from Praia da Calheta. Arranging a rental car is recommended.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Cleaning, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

The house is ideally situated for the beach and levada walks.
