Deposit of $100 per person at check-in, paid in cash or card. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer within 15 business days after check-out, if no damages exist.



In case of damages, the amount will be previously communicated and only the corresponding amount will be withheld.

Early check-in late check-out: subject to availability and confirmed 2-3 days before arrival



Extra people: possible to add guests with extra bed, bed linen and towels 150€ per person week



Pet Friendly pets allowed with prior notice extra cleaning fee: 50€
