We present a modern flat in "Rua Duarte Pacheco Pereira Lote 44", in Albufeira Marina. Set in a residential complex with swimming pool, lush gardens, sports areas and barbecue facilities, this flat offers a perfect stay for families and friends.



With two bedrooms, including a suite with a bath and a bedroom with two single beds, it accommodates up to 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the spacious living room features a sofa bed, TV, free Wi-Fi and dining area. Both the suite and the living room have access to the balcony, which offers lovely views of the condominium's pool and gardens.



The historic centre of Albufeira, with its beaches and attractions, is within walking distance (1.8 km). With quality shops, bars and restaurants around the main square, this is a lively destination. Do not hesitate to book an exceptional holiday in this flat close to entertainment for all ages, day and night sights, hypermarkets and public and private services.

It was great that we had a car to tour around, but there's everything you need from shops etc nearby if you just wanted to spend your break in the apartment. Very nice and modern, quiet when we visited in October, but some days we still used the pool and others were sunbathing. A nice port to walk to not far, and everything within 10 mins drive from Albufeira. We went to a pub for lunch and football match, LIDL for shopping and lots to see nearby. Was exactly what we needed and the toddler (3) was made up and busy with the play park, pool and places to run around. A little older children you could leave them have fun at the pool and football pitch and watch from the balcony.

Amazing quality and so close to amenities

This was the perfect holiday for us - a family of two parents and four children aged 10years and under. The pool was great - a bit cool at the time of year as expected (early April) - but we were still able to use it alongside the park and football goals. The weather was good and we had one day where it rained for an hour but then picked up - who cares if youre in the pool? The apartment itself was awesome and well equipped - even down to having tupperware available for packing sandwiches! Complete full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine so that we can go home with clean clothes - bonus for Mum! The bedrooms are all a good size and everything is modern, the kids loved the wifi access and everything being in a handy app for us to work from. The marina is just a short walk away which has everything that we as a family need: enough variety for meals, local shop for food to take back to the apartment and loads of activities for all of us. There's bowling, go karts, arcades and of course the boat trips available. The strip and old tow are both close by and Ubers are well priced. I would definitely recommend going to Zoomarine as well as buying a second day pass, as it is well worth the money and loads to do there for two days.

Heerlijk appartement op 1ste verdieping ook toegankelijk via lift is een pluspunt. In de ochtend staat de zon op balkon heerlijk ontbijten met uitzicht op zwembad en de tuin. Wij komen inmiddels al ruim 14 jaar in de Marina , sinds 2 jaar voor de Jardins Marina gekozen deze locatie heeft wat ruimere appartementen en minder gehorig dat bevalt ons uitstekend. Hele fijne communicatie met de host!!

Nos encantó el detalle de que pusieran paños de cocina, pastillas para el lavavajillas… hemos ido a varios alojamientos y no es algo que suelan tener. La ubicación es espectacular a 5 min andando de Marina de Albufeira. Atención al cliente espectacular, destacar la labor de Raquel F un encanto. ¡¡¡Volveremos seguro!!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. La piscine était incroyable, offrant un excellent endroit pour se détendre après une journée à la plage. Un séjour exceptionnel avec une piscine fantastique

Notre expérience dans cet appartement a été incroyable. La piscine était sans aucun doute le point fort – bien entretenue et parfaite pour se détendre.
