Ideal for a family or group of up to 5 guests, it offers a south-facing terrace with a pergola, a grassy area for outdoor relaxation, and private parking. The home includes a master bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor and two upstairs bedrooms sharing a shower room. The air-conditioned interior ensures cool comfort in warmer months. Enjoy outdoor meals in the garden, prepared on the plancha grill, and unwind in the peaceful setting. Nearby Pernes-les-Fontaines, known for its 41 fountains, historic sites, and artisan workshops, offers a rich cultural experience.
