Well-located holiday home, partially renovated in 2022, with beautiful views of the area, located only about 500 meters from the roaring North Sea at Langerhuse. The house offers various activities, providing many hours of entertainment for the whole family, including billiards, table tennis, electronic darts, and a game console. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, enabling lower consumption. The living room has comfortable furniture, free high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with German and Danish channels, including TV2. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. The kitchen includes a ceramic stove, range hood, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with a minimum of 60 liters of freezer capacity, and a dishwasher. There is a high chair for the little ones. The house also offers a large loft with several beds, where young people can retreat and make use of the TV with Chromecast, where it is possible to stream your own TV services and play games. Bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet. There is also a guest toilet in the house. There is a wilderness bath in the house. The house has four bedrooms, all with double beds. In addition, there is a loft with several beds. There is also a weekend bed for the little ones. There is an open terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
