This holiday cottage is located approx. 200 m from a beautiful beach with direct trail right next to Mols Bjerge with a magnificent and unspoilt nature and a fantastic wildlife right outside the windows. On the beach below the house there is a diving course, which can be used free of charge. The house is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and slopes. No letting to youth groups. The house has in 2008 undergone a total renovation where, by an exciting architectural solution "nature has been drawn into the house", so you can enjoy views of the hills of Mols, Ebeltoft Vig with Ebeltoft in the background from the living room, the kitchen or while you relax in the whirlpool or swimming pool. The house is bright and spacious throughout with skylights and high vaulted ceiling. The architecture and decor is minimalist. The house has tile and wood flooring and air-to-air heat pump. The kitchen is brand new from 2021 with its exciting design and central location, the natural point to gather for cooking. There is dishwasher, American fridge and microwave oven. There are large flat screen TV with Viasat access and two mezzanines where children can play. Bright rooms with good closet space. The pool area has a large pool and a corner whirlpool, and from here you can also enjoy the stunning views from both the whirlpool and pool. The terrace of 180 m² was built in teak with many good areas for enjoying the view.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
