Please note the outdoor whirlpool is available from week 12 to week 42. Practical amenities include a well-equipped kitchen with a large freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Set on a 600 m² natural plot, the house is both energy-efficient and cozy, utilizing a geothermal heating system supplemented by a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. While the location offers a peaceful, non-smoking environment right by the sea, local restaurants and shopping are within a short drive. This home is an ideal choice for a small family or couple seeking a modern retreat with a view. Please note that rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
