This vacation home with a hot tub and sauna is located on an attractive natural property near one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches in Marielyst. Cozy and bright living room with large glass surfaces, wood-burning stove, TV with international channels, DVD player, and free WiFi. High chair, swing, and sandbox are available for the little ones. Fantastic activity room for children and adults with billiards, table tennis, and darts, as well as a cozy bar counter with bar stools. The sleeping areas are spread over two bedrooms, each with two single beds, two more with a double bed, and a sleeping loft with two beds. Additional TV in one of the rooms. There are two good bathrooms with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. One is also equipped with a beautiful whirlpool for 2 people and direct access to the sauna. Washing machine and dryer available in the small bathroom. The house has a large open terrace area with good wind protection and space for children to play, as well as a covered terrace with various garden furniture. Free access to the Falster and Nordfalster swimming centers. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
