Modern and spacious holiday home located in the attractive area of Marielyst Strandpark, approximately 1,600 meters from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly sandy beaches, and close to Marielyst town centre, which offers shopping facilities and restaurants. The cosy living area is combined with a modern, well-equipped kitchen featuring a coffee machine, induction hob, separate oven and microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The living room includes a Smart TV, wireless internet, and a wood-burning stove, creating warmth and comfort on colder days. The holiday home also has a loft with two extra sleeping places, as well as a PlayStation, perfect for children and the young at heart. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, heated by an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump. The house offers three bedrooms, all with double beds, plus two additional sleeping places on the loft. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet, washbasin, and shower. One bathroom also includes a bathtub and washing machine. The house is situated on a 370 m² natural plot and features a large wooden terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy cosy summer evenings with the family. Close to the house is a large shared outdoor area for free use, ideal for football and other ball games. The property is close to bowling, golf course, welcome centre, Put & Take fishing, as well as shopping and the town centre. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
