Charming holiday home with spa and sauna, located close to one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches in Saltum. Nestled among the dunes, the house offers a beautiful natural setting, which can be enjoyed from the spacious living room or the terrace. In the living room, you can gather around the TV and wood-burning stove or play family games at the dining table. Even while cooking in the kitchen, you can still join in on the cosy conversations at the dining area. One of the bathrooms features a spa and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day in North Jutland. The house has four bedrooms, where you can wake up to views of the dunes and the sound of the North Sea. Outside, you can start your day on the east-facing terrace, enjoying the morning sun, and later move to the west-facing terrace to soak up the evening sun. This layout provides both sheltered spots and a choice between sun or shade throughout the day. For the youngest guests, the garden offers a swing set and a seesaw, while the adults can relax on the terrace. The property is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
