A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Runtergerocktes Haus, aber guter Service

Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir ein recht verdrecktes Haus in erbärmlichem Zustand vor. Im Badezimmer gab es in der Dusche reichlich "Rückstände" vorheriger Besucher, das Geschirr in den Küchenschränken wies einen Fettfilm auf und Wollmäuse und Spinnen waren unsere Mitbewohner. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der bauliche Zustand des Hauses: Die Terrasse am Hauptraum war morsch und deshalb hatte man wohl die Terrassentür verschraubt. Die vordere Terrasse war auch nicht nutzbar, da hier Spinnen und durch den Boden ragende Gewächse die Herrschaft übernommen hatten. Im oberen Bereich war das Fenster in einem der beiden Schlafräume - Achtung: 4 Einzelbetten in den Schrägen - defekt. Es hatte oben einen notdürftig mit Papier zugestopften gut zwei Zentimeter breiten Spalt. Ein fest verschraubter Winkel verhinderte es, das Fenster zu öffen - vermutlich verhindert er auch, dass das Fenster aus dem Rahmen fällt.. Das gesamte Haus war extrem aufgeheizt und lies sich nicht durchlüften. Schlafen im oberen Bereich war so unmöglich - wir schafften also eine Matratze nach unten und funktionierten das Sofa zum Notbett um - für 2 Nächte geht das, aber Urlaub ist das nicht. Zu allem Überfluss war dann auch noch der Fernseher kaputt und WLAN gab es auch nicht. Den Fernseher konnte ich wieder gängig machen, das Antennenkabel war gebrochen... Wirklich lobenswert war allerdings der Einsatz des Teams von DanCenter, die das Haus verwalten: Es wurde nachgereinigt, mehr konnten die aber auch nicht tun.
