The space

With origins dating back to 1807, immerse yourself in the enduring charm of Inver House and uncover the hidden treasures that it holds. Nestled among ancient trees within its private, tranquil grounds, this enchanting estate is just a short stroll away from the picturesque Inver Beach and only a 10 minute drive from the vibrant Donegal Town. Step across the threshold and embark on a journey into a world of beauty, creativity, and humour. Unwind in the exquisite walled gardens and marvel at the timeless craftsmanship that render this property truly exceptional.

Accommodating up to 14 guests across three residences, Inver House is a luxurious haven nestled along the scenic Wild Atlantic Way.

The Main House comprises of five bedrooms. Our first floor features a Master Superking Bedroom with a bath and shower ensuite, a King bedroom and a Double Bedroom with a Jack and Jill shower ensuite. The second floor offers two additional Double Bedrooms and a Bathroom with a Shower.

The Ground floor showcases a well-appointed kitchen with an Arga Oven along with essential kitchen appliances, complemented by a spacious dining room seating up to 8 persons. Additional living spaces include a sitting room, drawing room and study.

The lower ground floor reveals hidden gems – a Wine Cellar, Games Room and Whiskey Lounge, providing a perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation. You will also find a utility room and extra bathroom with shower on this floor.

The Stable, a self-contained Asian-inspired Suite, features a sumptuous Superking bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette. Sliding doors open to a private Japanese Zen Garden, creating an oasis of tranquility. The adjacent Stable offers a Cinema & Relaxation Room for added enjoyment.

The Gate House, a secluded cottage overlooking the lake, is an idyllic retreat for one or two persons. This charming abode includes a kitchen, double bed, toilet and bath tub, inviting guests to unwind by the fire, or relax in the tub in this peaceful hideaway.
