Fernside is a beautiful but modern designer home set in 11 acres With 6 bedrooms, all of which have en-suites. raised and lower decking area hot tub bbq area overlooking the lake with fountain .This impressive home with a huge open plan entertaining space complete with bar, dining area, kitchen, lounge areas and grand piano. There are three toilets off the main living/entertaining space.cinema room and gym.

Fernside is an impressive smart home with a huge, open plan entertaining space complete with bar, dining area, kitchen, lounge areas and grand piano. There are three toilets off the main living/ entertaining space. The house also boasts extensive manicured gardens, private lake with fountain, cinema room and gym. And that’s not to mention the full-size jacuzzi bath in the master en-suite!

Any extra guests even if only visiting the property and not staying overnight must be agreed prior to arrival
Evening Music must be kept to a reasonable level to respect our neighbours and village

Guests will have access to the entire main house (5 bedrooms), linked annexe apartment , cinema room , gardens, gym. HOT TUB is open from 7 am to 11pm due to health and safety

Please note the gym and drive way may be shared with guests staying in the barn.

There is a private lake on the property which may not be suitable for children. It is unfenced and not barriered so children / non swimmers must be supervised at all times outside.

As I live at the property in a barn apartment I’m always on site for any problems that may occur during your stay and for security reasons and to make sure your stay is enjoyable

Pickmere village is a very small village but close to all the major routes , There is a local shop and local pub and café within walking distance

PLEASE NOT NO DJ/DISCO ENTERTAINMENT ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH THE HOST
you`ll be staying in someone house so please treat it with respect and care and try to leave the house the same way as you receive it ,please do not smoke inside the house , Guest must keep the music to a reasonable level for the consideration to our neighbors ,Any parties must be authorized prior to booking Well behaved pets are welcome please advise the type of pet prior to booking , Hot Tub is open from 7am till 11pm Safety Rules Apply .Any rules broken you will be asked to vacate the property immediately .
