Welcome to Little Ibiza, part of the Ubuntu Lake Houses. This beautiful location is housed on a completely renovated yacht, featuring modern amenities including central heating to ensure you experience all the comforts of home. Enjoy panoramic views of the Vinkeveense Plassen from the hot tub or lounge chairs, surrounded by palm trees that create a tropical atmosphere, making you feel like you`ve landed in Ibiza. Your perfect retreat.

The yacht accommodates up to 6 people:
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200)
1 bedroom with two bunk beds (all 90 x 200, tapering at the foot end)
Guests enjoy complete privacy and have access to both the garden/terrace with a fence and the entire yacht.

You have full access to the garden/terrace in Ibiza atmospheres, where privacy is guaranteed thanks to the surrounding fence. Upon arrival, a key box is available for self-check-in, allowing you to determine your arrival time after 3:00 PM. We share all information regarding your stay 5 days in advance. The check-in code will be provided to you at 3:00 PM. If you wish to have a different check-in or check-out time, please inquire about the possibilities. (Organizing parties is not allowed in this accommodation.)

Vinkeveen is a beautiful picturesque village, especially known for the Vinkeveen Lakes. It is a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, such as sailors, kayakers, and divers, due to the clear water and the diversity of flora and fauna underwater. In addition to water sports, Vinkeveen also offers lovely hiking and cycling routes around the lakes and through the surrounding countryside. The area is known for its peaceful and natural surroundings, making it an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. Vinkeveen is not far from urban areas such as Amsterdam and Utrecht, making it attractive for those who want to combine nature with the proximity to urban amenities, attractions, or nightlife. Additionally, there are two supermarkets and a variety of dining options nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Accessibility:
Motor vehicles cannot directly reach the accommodation, allowing you to enjoy total tranquility on the edge of the Vinkeveen Lakes, surrounded by nature, birds, and a serene silence. A walk of 800 meters from the parking lot takes you to this delightful location. Upon arrival, our convenient cargo bike awaits you at the harbor entrance, allowing you to effortlessly transport all your belongings to this beautiful holiday destination. We provide 2 free bicycles for easy commuting to and from the parking lot. The bikes are good enough for a quick up and down to the supermarket, but not for long journeys. Upon arrival at the parking lot, you can securely leave these bicycles. Furthermore, 10 large carts are available in the park for free use.

Parking:
You can park for free on the road in front of the harbor from October 1 to March 31. Outside this period, there is a maximum parking duration of 2 hours within the disc zone between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. It is possible to park your car for a fee in a large parking lot opposite the park. (The cost to park your car in the parking lot opposite the park is €10 per day.)

On-Demand Service:
For a fee, we offer the option to pick you up with a golf cart and transport all your luggage directly to the accommodation. If you are interested, please inquire about the possibilities or have a look in our guestportal after booking :)

Facilities:
Enjoy the breeze through the palm tree leaves while relaxing in our hot tub, lounge chairs, or a cozy seating area (with our portable fire pit, you can also stay comfortably warm in the evening).

Completely private for optimal tranquility, this location is situated by a lake, ensuring minimal motion. Perfect for water and nature enthusiasts with activities such as boating, fishing, sunbathing, and swimming.

Complimentary use of our charcoal BBQ (bring your own charcoal) and two lounge chairs with soft cushions. Due to the full renovation of the yacht, central heating is also available, along with fans for warmer days.

For an additional fee, you can rent a boat (note: it is not possible to sail with the yacht) or paddleboards from us to fully enjoy the Vinkeveense Plassen. In the garden, there is a spacious table where you can savor breakfast or dinner.

At the beginning of the harbor, you can visit on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a drink and a snack from the small menu. Additionally, Thuisbezorgd offers numerous options for waterfront dining.

If you crave city life during your stay, you can reach the heart of Amsterdam by car (or taxi) in just 20 minutes from the parking lot, making this tranquil oasis on the Vinkeveense Plassen the perfect base for both serenity and vibrant city life. Explore the offered amenities and discover that you will lack nothing during this perfect getaway.

General Behavior Rules:
- Normal interaction with fellow residents and users of the park.
- No noise disturbance to fellow residents (quiet hours on the park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
- No parties or gatherings allowed.
- No theft or misuse of others` belongings.
- Avoid improper parking and/or ignoring parking instructions.

In case of excessive behavior and failure to comply with the rules, you can be immediately removed from the accommodation.

Any damage to third-party property will be directly charged to the responsible party.
Keep in mind the neighbors. You are sitting by the water and everything you say led louder over the water and therefore other people can hear your conversation. So if you are sitting outside, please keep this in mind.

There should be absolutely no parties here.
No birthdays with friends or family.
