Welcome to Little Asia, one of the accommodations at Ubuntu Lake Houses, an oasis nestled along the enchanting Vinkeveense Plassen. This unique spot offers expansive views and direct access to the crystal-clear water, all within walking or biking distance - a rare gem amidst the Vinkeveense Plassen, reachable without relying on a boat. Little Asia immediately embraces you with a sense of vacation. Our fully equipped houseboat provides everything you need for a fantastic stay and more, like a large barrel sauna :)

The houseboat comfortably accommodates 6 people:
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200)
1 bedroom with a bunk bed (both 90 x 200)
1 spacious double sofa bed (160 x 200)
Guests enjoy complete privacy and access to the beautifully landscaped fenced garden as well as the entire houseboat.

Listing Acces:
You have full access to the beautiful garden, where privacy is guaranteed thanks to the surrounding fence. Additionally, you have unrestricted access to the entire houseboat, providing your stay with a sense of exclusivity and comfort.

At the houseboat, there is a key safe that allows you to check in on your own and decide your arrival time, after 4:00 PM. We share all information regarding your stay 5 days in advance. The check-in code will be provided to you at 4:00 PM. If you require a different check-in or check-out time, please inquire about the possibilities. (Organizing parties is not allowed in this accommodation.)

Located not far from urban areas like Amsterdam and Utrecht, Vinkeveen appeals to those seeking a blend of nature and proximity to urban amenities, attractions, or nightlife.

Furthermore, two supermarkets and a variety of dining options nearby ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests

Motor vehicles cannot directly access the accommodation, allowing you to bask in total tranquility on the edge of the Vinkeveense Plassen, surrounded by nature, birds, and serene silence.

A stroll of 800 meters from the parking area leads you to this prime location.
Upon arrival, you can rent a cargo bike, effortlessly transporting all your belongings to this splendid holiday destination.

We provide 2 complimentary bicycles for easy travel to and from the parking area. You can securely leave these bicycles upon reaching the parking lot. The bikes are good enough for a quick up and down to the supermarket, but not for long journeys.
Moreover, 10 large carts are available in the park for complimentary use.

Parking:
You can park for free along the road in front of the harbor from October 1st to March 31st. Outside this period, a maximum parking duration of 2 hours applies within the disc parking zone between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
It is possible to park your car in a large parking lot opposite the park for a fee. (The cost to park your car in the parking lot opposite the park is €10 per day.)

On-Demand Service:
For a fee, we offer the option to pick you up with a golf cart and transport all your luggage directly to the accommodation. If you are interested, please inquire about the possibilities or have a look in our guestportal after booking :)

In addition, we provide a variety of amenities for ultimate water enjoyment, comfortable loungers, and a garden set with luxurious cushions. The outdoor fireplace not only offers the possibility of creating an atmospheric fire but also serves as a barbecue.

For an additional fee, you can rent a boat or SUPs (Stand-Up Paddleboards) from us, allowing you to fully enjoy the refreshing Vinkeveense Plassen directly from our location.
At the beginning of the harbor, you can visit on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for drinks and snacks from the small menu. There are also numerous options for ordering via home delivery.

And if you feel like experiencing city life during your stay, you can reach the heart of Amsterdam by car (or taxi) in just 20 minutes from the parking lot, making this tranquil oasis on the Vinkeveense Plassen the perfect base for both serenity and vibrant city living.

General Behavior Rules:
- Normal interaction with fellow residents and users of the park.
- No noise disturbance to fellow residents (quiet hours on the park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
- No parties or gatherings allowed.
- No theft or misuse of others` belongings.
- Avoid improper parking and/or ignoring parking instructions.

In case of excessive behavior and failure to comply with the rules, you can be immediately removed from the accommodation.

Any damage to third-party property will be directly charged to the responsible party.
