The residential complex Porto Mannu is located right underneath of the Bear Rock, right on the Golfo delle Saline, was built at the end of the eighties and since then guests have spent here unforgettable holidays.
Stands out for privacy, the position right by the Bay of Venalonga is very discreet, on the other end is close to the town of Palau. Very close to all the marvellous beaches in the North East and Costa Smeralda.
All the apartments in the complex have exceptional view and the distance from the shore varies, according to the section between 100 and 800m.
The local beach in the Bay of Vena Longa is well known for its fine golden sand and the crystal clear waters, whats more is protected by dominant winds, very enjoyable even on windy day.
This is a small paradise, ideal for relaxing holidays away from crowds, noises and the city traffic. Perfectly suitable for families or groups of friends willing to enjoy the sea without moving around.
In Porto Mannu most services are present: restaurant, bar, rib boats rental, diving center….
A form of transport is needed to get to Palau where all the other facilities are, supermarkets, groceries, pharmacy ect…
Positioned in the upper part of the residential center of Porto Mannu, splendid two-room apartment at the head of the terrace composed of a spacious living room with air conditioning, double sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge and dishwasher.
Beyond the living area we find the bathroom completely renovated and furnished with elegant blue tiles, which recall the color of the sea and solid wood top, which make the environment warm and welcoming.
The sleeping area consists of the spacious and large double bedroom with an additional single bed, wardrobe and rear courtyard.
The external patio surrounds the entire property on three sides, giving the house a large outdoor space to enjoy during your holidays.
The stunning sea view of the Gulf of Saline, the beach of Porto Mannu and the splendid and well-kept outdoor garden give the property the opportunity to enjoy moments of tranquility and conviviality with friends and relatives.
The property is equipped with important extras such as a barbecue, outdoor shower and charging for electric vehicles.
The exterior is the greatest strength of the property as thanks to its panoramic position it benefits from a splendid sea view over the entire Porto Mannu Bay and its beautiful beach.
