静かで予約されたエリアでは、中心部から数歩、ビーチからは500m、「Rena Bianca」は3kmです。カポテスタとそのビーチ、素敵な家具、部分的には50平方メートルの庭に囲まれ、舗装されたエリアにはテーブル、アームチェアと傘、屋外シャワー付きのバーベキューがあり、宿泊施設には水槽とオートクレーブ。 ベッドルームは快適で静かです。 2つのバスルーム：シャワー付きのバスルーム、シンク、ビデ、トイレ、シンクとトイレ付きの2番目のバスルーム。 宇宙にもシャワーを浴び、海から帰るときに最適です

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful stay at Eleana's apartment beautifully presented. Very comfortable and quiet, easy access to the beach and plenty coastal walks nearby. Great choice of restaurants. Eleana and her sister were perfect hosts and communicated very well during our stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment and location.Thankyou again Eleana

Cozy little Apartment in a nice area/town

We stayed 2 weeks in May/June in the apartment (3adults and toddler). Everything was clean and the bedrooms were spacy and all day cool without aircondition! The terasse was great to have breakfast and dinner outside, equipped with chairs, table, umbrella and barbecue. The garden has a gate and is closed (perfect when travelling with children). Kitchen and bathroom a little bit small but okay-two toilettes! You can park the car directly at the house. Several beautiful beaches very close by -5-30min by car. The beach of Santa Teresa and the town square is in walking distance, also with children. Babybed and babychair is available. Very nice contact to the owner, thanks! Enjoy Sardegna!

Cute place, great host

The apartment was perfect for my sister and me. We stayed a week exploring Santa Teresa and the surrounding area. Our host was wonderful. She responded immediately to our messages and was very helpful in making recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, etc. Her recommendations were all very good. There was a problem with the washing machine not spinning and she came right over to try to fix it. When that didn’t work, she replaced it the next day with a new machine. When we arrived we asked for the WiFi password, not realizing that the listing on VRBO did not indicate there was any WiFi. Our host told us there wasn’t WiFi, but the next day she installed it for us! She went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Santa Teresa Gallura.

Appartement impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Idéal pour un couple ou une famille. La communication avec l’hôte a été simple et très réactive. L’appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre et de la plage de Rena Bianca. Je recommande vivement !

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst! Die ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage ist wirklich super. Mit Baby ist der Garten ein tolles Plus. Die Ferienwohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet.

Super Lage und tolle Gastgeberin

Wir hatten ursprüngliche eine Wohnung in Santa Teresa di Gallura gemietet gehabt. Vor unserer Anreise erklärte uns unsere Gastgeberin das die Wohnung Probleme hätte und sie für uns ein anderes Haus hat. Das andere Haus war direkt am Rena Bianca gelegen und man hatte einen super Blick über den Strand. Das Haus war auch größer und hatte 3 Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnbereich mit Zugang nach draußen auf die großzügige Terrasse. Elena hat uns abends empfangen und alles lief super ab. Das einzige was nicht perfekt war, war das Wetter es war etwas windig und kalt und das Haus war dann auch eher kühl. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und man konnte Supermärkte etc alles zu Fuss erreichen. Vielen Dank Elena!!

Ottimo appartamento con spazi funzionali e giardino vivibile

Abbiamo soggiornato da Elena a fine luglio 2024 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento, situato in una zona tranquilla a pochi passi da piazza Vittorio Emanuele I e dalla spiaggia Rena Bianca, presenta spazi interni accoglienti e funzionali e un outdoor molto vivibile, apprezzatissimo dai bambini. Elena si é dimostrata una proprietaria molto disponibile e cordiale .

Sejour Idéal a Santa Teresa

Emplacement parfait pour ce charmant appartement, disposant de tout le confort et place nécessaire pour un sejour en famille à 4. A 10mn à pied de la place principale du village. Et a 15mn de la spiaggia de la Rena Bianca. Au calme le soir.

Funktionale Wohnung

Schöner Aufenthalt ab diesem Jahr muss man den Strand Rena Bianca reservieren und bezahlen. Man ist gleich im Stadtzenrum und hat viele Parkplätze neben der Wohnung. Elena ist eine hilfsbereite Person.

Toll gelegene Unterkunft, sehr nette Gastgeberin

Schöner Wohnung + Garten, gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Elena ist eine ausgezeichnete und nette Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Antimückenmittel ausgestattet und als das Wetter kühler wurde, hat sie uns sofort wärmere Decken angeboten. Appartement très agréable et bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette appartement qui ressemble plus à une petite maison. Plein pied en rez-de-chaussée, nous avons pu profité de l'agréable terrasse entourée de Bougainvillier, de laurier et de romarin. La douche extérieure est agréable. Tout est à proximité, le centre ville, les commerces, les bars et les restaurants mais sans le bruit d'un centre ville, ce qui est très agréable pour se reposer. Il a fait très chaud cet été et les nuits ont été difficiles sans climatisation. Les ventilateurs fournis ont été d'un grand secours ! Nous nous sommes rattrapés en faisant des siestes les après-midis quand l'air arrivait à circuler un peu. Il n'y a pas de wifi mais la 4G fonctionne. Les propriétaires sont attentionnées. Après un accident de transat qui nous a valu un tour aux urgences, elles ont pris des nouvelles et ont changé le matériel défectueux le lendemain. Nous ne sommes pas allés sur la plage du village (magnifique) mais bondée et heureusement, car nous avons, du coup, découvert, aux alentours des plages paradisiaques et beaucoup moins peuplées pour ceux qui aiment marcher un peu ! Nous étions deux couples et cela fonctionne très bien avec la répartition des chambres, des lits et des pièces.

Très agréable séjour

Appartement commode et fonctionnel Son point fort est la grande terrasse. Le village est charmant et la plage magnifique. La propriétaire est très accueillante et réactive dès qu’un problème lui est signalé (malheureusement les artisans mandatés auraient pu être plus efficaces, mais pas de quoi gâcher le séjour). Nous reviendrons certainement.
