Our cosy and lovely ground floor apartment has it all..........2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful lounge, huge terrace, a great terrace overlooking one of the swimming pools and walking distance to the beach and Carvajal train station.

Is located at the upscale Middel Views Residences, which benefits from three fantastic swimming pools ( one is a children's pool ).

This apartment is fully furnished with design furniture, and beds with lovely linens, a fully equipped kitchen. A flat screen smart TV in the living room and free WIFI throughout the entire apartment.

Master bedroom, guestroom and the living room have direct access to the terrace area where you find sun loungers, a dinning table and a relaxing sofa area. There is a luxury in-suite shower bathroom, and the other bathroom with shower.

Spacious and full of natural sunlight, the apartment has air-conditioning and heating.

Also our guests have free access to the communal gym, sauna and 2 swimming pools and 1 swimming pool designed for children.

Due to the drought on the Costa del Sol this year it is planned to open the swimming pool until until 30 of September.

By Train - Carvajal train station is ideally located just across the road from the complex. The train typically runs every 20 minutes in both directions. From our station you can reach Fuengirola in 7 minutes, and Malaga Historic Centre in 35 minutes.

By Car - Access to all major highways are just minutes away by car. You can reach Malaga’s Historic centre in 30 minutes, or you can be on the beaches of Marbella in 25-30 minutes & Fuengirola down town in less than 10 minutes.

Aiming up the hills, you can be in the whitewashed village of Mijas sipping in less than 15 minutes.

By Taxi or Uber - The area is very well serviced by taxis and Uber drivers.

Behind the property there is a large mountain (2Km) with antennas. There is a Hike trail leading up to it starting towards Benalmadena. The views are spectacular. The hike takes around 1.5-2h.
