The sleeping area can accommodate up to 5 people , with cozy and well-organized rooms divided into a double bedroom on the ground floor and a triple room in the basement.
Outside, the furnished private garden invites you to have lunch and dinner outside in total privacy. The property includes a parking space in a common covered garage , with access through an automatic gate.
The location is one of the strengths: in just 2 minutes on foot you can reach the port of Padenghe , from which the suggestive lakefront promenade that leads to restaurants and bars overlooking the water starts. The historic center of Padenghe can be easily reached in about 10 minutes on foot .
