Residenza del Porto is located in a residence of few houses, with a swimming pool overlooking the lake. It is a recently renovated house, with modern furniture and high quality finishes. Modern and equipped kitchen, bedrooms available for up to 5 beds. It is also possible to take advantage of the double sofa bed. Private garden, furnished for outdoor lunch and dinner. Carport, with remote control gate. The location is very favorable because in two minutes on foot you will be at the port of Padenghe and you can use the lakefront promenade to reach lakefront restaurants and bars. The center of Padenghe is a 10-minute walk away.
