Casa della Romantica – Elegant Townhouse Just Steps from the Beach



Welcome to Casa della Romantica, a stylish townhouse located in a quiet residential area of Manerba del Garda, just 400 meters from the renowned “La Romantica” beach. An ideal location that combines comfort, relaxation, and the convenience of being close to Lake Garda.



The property is set within a well-maintained residential complex, and guests have access to a beautiful shared swimming pool, reserved exclusively for residents and guests of the residence. The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 21:30, offering a perfect place to relax and cool off during the summer days.



Casa della Romantica is spread over three levels and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.



On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms designed to ensure a restful stay: two with double beds and one with a single bed. All rooms can be fully darkened and are equipped with spacious wardrobes. On the same floor, there is also a modern bathroom with a shower.



The ground floor is the heart of the house: a bright living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for enjoying time together. From the living room, you have direct access to a covered terrace with a small private garden and barbecue area—an ideal setting for outdoor breakfasts, relaxing afternoons, or summer dinners.



In the basement level, there is a fourth double bedroom, a second bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the spacious double garage.



For maximum comfort in every season, the entire house is equipped with a modern underfloor cooling system, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature of around 25–26°C even on the hottest summer days, without the use of traditional split air conditioning units.



The location is extremely convenient: within a few minutes’ walk you will find the lakeside promenade, the beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, a minimarket, and boat and pedal boat rentals. The center of Manerba del Garda can be reached within a few minutes by car.



For families and fun seekers, the famous theme parks Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva Aquapark are about 35 km away. We are happy to provide discounted ticket information at check-in.
