First floor shower room. Ground Floor shower room. There's an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There are two shower rooms with walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Amenities include gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor, WiFi, fuel, power, and starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels, a travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate. Outside there's ample off-road parking, a garden with patio, furniture, barbecue, outdoor tap, and secure storage for equipment. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 0.3 miles, pub in 0.1 mile.
