Nestled amidst lush green countryside, this light and airy family cottage offers easy access to the breathtaking North Cornwall coastline and comes complete with a warming wood burner as well as private secure gardens to both the front and rear.
Step into this traditional stone-built cottage, where the welcoming porch area awaits, perfect for stowing away coats and boots. Enter the open-plan living space with a cosy lounge on one side and a dining area with a wood burner and dining table on the other. The well-equipped fitted kitchen invites social cooking, and a door leads to the enclosed courtyard to the rear. Upstairs, two bright and comfy bedrooms await, offering comfort and serenity for a good night’s sleep. A dressing room leads to a simple family bathroom for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. Outside, the delightful south-facing front garden and patio welcome you to bask in the beauty of the outdoors, while the enclosed walled courtyard at the rear offers a private space to savour an al fresco meal at the bistro-style table and chairs.
Tucked in a valley alongside a babbling stream, this village offers endless opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts, with delightful walks, cycling routes and a myriad of watersports accessible nearby. There is also a pretty village restaurant in Little Petherick which is open for drinks and nibbles by the stream from 4PM Tues-Sat in the main season and also a historic church, built around the 14th century which opens to visitors. This enchanting spot is perfect for families, boasting an array of activities to captivate children of all ages.
