Soleil de Provence is a beautiful holiday home with a fenced private pool for up to 8 people, located near the typical Provençal village of Piolenc. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are spacious and harmoniously decorated for adults. The fourth bedroom is specially decorated for children, equipped with 2 bunk beds (4 people) and games.



The house is cosy, with a library, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It is particularly suitable for children with board games, a ping-pong,... and a petanque also for the adults combined with a delicious glass of typical wine of the region.



Large windows open directly onto the garden. You al enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings, as well as the beautiful views over the countryside and Mont Ventoux.



The enclosed garden has a nice lawn and large open and covered terraces (100m2). The large fenced swimming pool (12x5m, depth 1.40m, open from 01/06 to 30/09) with steps in the water is illuminated and provides a pleasant atmosphere during the mild Provençal evenings. The owner lives on site in a completely independent house, guaranteeing your privacy.



The house is ideally located in the heart of the Côtes-du-Rhône vineyards, close to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Cairanne and the wines of the Massif d'Uchaux. You can spend your time walking in the neighbourhood, discovering Provence's tourist attractions and relaxing moments by the pool.

Exciting cultural visits, such as the ancient theatre of Orange, the papal palace in Avignon, the Pont du Gard, Remoulin, will pleasantly complement your stay. This beautiful house with pool in Provence is an excellent recommendation for an unforgettable holiday, with numerous possibilities.
