Accogliente Appartamento

A first-floor apartment in a charming historic building in Rome’s historic center, featuring hardwood floors and wood trim, with two double beds—warm and inviting, equipped with all the comforts of home (Smart TV; Wi-Fi) and a 4-burner stove for cooking and preparing delicious breakfasts in the morning. Guests can step right out the door and find themselves in the heart of Rome, walking to St. Peter’s Square, the splendid gardens of Castel Sant’Angelo, and the Mole Adriana. From there, by crossing the beautiful bridges over the Tiber, they can visit Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, all the way to the central Via del Corso and the Spanish Steps. The area offers all the best amenities, such as historic trattorias, bars, and pizzerias, and for those who want to shop, there are high-end stores on Via Cola di Rienzi, just 200 meters away. An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Eternal City. The Cinderella Wash laundry and a high-end dining and wine bar (Ginny) are right across the street.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Rome! The location was easy walking to the Vatican and other places we wanted to go. The kitchen had everything we needed, and a grocery store was just on the next block. And the host Gianluca was helpful and attentive. This apartment was the best!!

Gianluca was responsive and helpful, which was all I needed since it was my first time in Rome and I was not exactly sure about renting an apartment in a place I have not been too. The place was cute, pretty much have everything we needed in an apartment and the location was excellent. Pio Borgo where most dining places are located is within a couple minute's walk. Getting there by Freenow or taxi wasn't a problem. Excellent host, and fun stay in a central location.

The apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica, a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the Vatican Museums, and only 10 minutes on foot from the nearest metro station. Situated in a historic building with elegant marble staircases, the apartment stays pleasantly cool during hot days and is also equipped with air conditioning for extra comfort. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. My kids especially loved the upper bunk bed level. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, frying pans, plates, salt, sugar, and basically all the essentials needed for cooking. There is also a small washing machine and a laundry line outside the window for air drying clothes. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.

We were very pleased with the location, facility of getting the keys, and long-term parking nearby. Gianluca is a great host and was quick with requests and making sure we were comfortable. The property should be advertised as “sleeps 5, but as a studio”, as the space cannot be advertised as a two-bedroom property.

Great space for families to explore Rome from

The orange apartment was as advertised, with all of the basic essentials. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and we enjoyed the great hospitality of the owners and the location. The apartment is very close to the Vatican, and there are many shops and restaurants close by. We would stay here again

This property is located very close to most main attractions in Rome so it was easy to walk and visit around. It was clean and quiet and equipped with A.C. The owner was very approachable too. However, this property doesn’t have two separate bed rooms, it’s a suit with a one bed in the main floor and one on top like a bunk bed.
