of this beautiful luxury apartment in Three Anchor Bay are in the
perfect place to enjoy the best of the exciting City Centre without
compromising on comfort.
Stylishly furnished and boasting beautiful wood floors and modern
finishes, this one-bedroom apartment is the epitome of understated
luxury. The main living area consists of an open plan kitchen, dining
area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas oven
and stove and a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience.
The lounge includes a flat-screen TV and a sliding door leading to the
furnished balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy stunning views of the
city and the sea in the distance.
The single bedroom features a queen bed on a gorgeously rustic natural
wood bedstead, accessing the single bathroom fitted with a walk-in
shower. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the building’s rooftop
swimming pool and braai/BBQ facility as they relax or mingle with
friendly locals.
When you’re ready to explore, 9 on S puts you right in the heart of the
action. The City Centre is home to some of the best eateries, bars, art
galleries, eclectic vintage clothing stores, historical sights,
exciting nightclubs and more. With so much to see and experience,
you're well on your way to an unforgettable trip.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 9 Scholtz Road, Three Anchor Bay
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
