About the space



Welcome to this lovely 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, perfectly situated on Rue des Gravilliers in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a double sofa bed, all with quality mattresses. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The living area is a great space to unwind with dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine and separate dryer are available for your convenience. The flat is heated throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Property access



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.



Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.



PLEASE NOTE THAT CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE TAKING PLACE IN THE BUILDING. SOME CONSTRUCTION NOISE IS TO BE EXPECTED DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS. WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND APOLOGIZE FOR ANY DISTURBANCES.

The Neighborhood:

Rue des Gravilliers in the 3rd arrondissement sits in the heart of the upper Marais, a neighbourhood that has become one of the most desirable and dynamic parts of Paris over the past two decades. The area is known for its outstanding food scene, with a particularly strong cluster of Asian restaurants, bakeries and tea houses, as well as a growing number of natural wine bars and independent coffee shops that have taken root alongside the established wholesale trade businesses. The Musée des Arts et Métiers, one of the most fascinating and underrated museums in Paris, is just around the corner.



The Centre Pompidou and the Place Georges-Pompidou are a short walk south, and the heart of the Marais with the Place des Vosges and the major Jewish and gay quarters is within easy reach. The covered passages of the 2nd arrondissement are close to the north. The Métro at Arts et Métiers and Temple connects the neighbourhood quickly to the rest of the city.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
