Welcome to your perfect home away from home in Chester. This lovely end of terrace property is located just a stone`s throw away from Chester Racecourse and city centre, and offers free off-street parking for one car.

As you enter the home there is a corridor with plenty of room to hang coats. This leads to an open plan Dining/living area with plenty of seating & a log burner, a lovely coffee nook in the dining area and smart TV in the living room. On the ground floor there is also a large galley kitchen to the rear with wooden fronts and all amenities you could need during your stay.

As you head upstairs to the first floor there is a large bathroom with a cast iron roll top bath and walk in shower. The first bedroom on this floor is a large twin room, which is light and airy. The second bedroom to the front of the house is also extremely spacious with king bed and ample storge for your belongings.

On the third floor there is the attic room which has a king bed and is the perfect place to escape and unwind after a busy day enjoying all that Chester has to offer.

Access to the property is via Lock Box.

Guests will have access to the whole property.

I can`t be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

Chester is a picturesque city in northwest England, renowned for its historical landmarks, shopping and dining scene, beautiful scenery and family-friendly activities. Families can enjoy award-winning attractions such as the Chester Zoo and Grosvenor Museum, while nature enthusiasts can take scenic walks along the River Dee or through the city`s many parks and gardens.

In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.
Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.
If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We`re willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.

To ensure a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbours, this home is equipped with a privacy-safe noise monitor (Minut) that measures decibel levels only and does not record audio. We only review alerts or take action if sound levels exceed acceptable limits, which is uncommon as our guests are typically very respectful of the property and the surrounding area.
