Welcome to your perfect home away from home in Chester! This peaceful property is located just a stone's throw away from Chester city centre, and offers free off-street parking for one car (with additional parking available at a nearby carpark).
The ground floor boasts a lovely white shaker style kitchen with modern amenities, a convenient W/C, and a cosy living room with a generous sofa bed and smart TV. Step out into the private, enclosed rear garden and enjoy some al fresco dining on the patio. (Sofa bed linen is provided at an additional charge).
Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a trundle bed with two singles. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The good sized bathroom features a bath and overhead shower, offering the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Chester.
Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this property is the ideal choice for you. With its close proximity to Chester city centre and its array of shops, restaurants, and attractions, this property provides you with the perfect base to explore all that this beautiful city has to offer.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
There is a travel cot and high chair kept at this property, for guest use.
Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;
-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.
-Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.
-Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;
