Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a trundle bed with two singles. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The good sized bathroom features a bath and overhead shower, offering the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Chester.

Sofa bed linen is provided at an additional charge.
Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
There is a travel cot and high chair kept at this property, for guest use.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;
-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.
-Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.
-Dogs must not be left alone in the property.

Ideally situated accomodation as described on website. Short 8 minute walk into centre of Chester, Tesco, pubs and eateries.
Lots to explore in Cheshire, the Wirral, Port Sunlight, Jodrell bank, canals and walks, North Wales.
7 minute walk to railway station and Mersey Rail journey of 45 minutes into central Liverpool to explore docks, Beatlesmania etc.
Also trip to salford Quays and the Lowry.

I stayed for 40 days.Place was not clean when we check in. Windows hadn’t been cleaned for months inside and out. Bathrooms were not clean I send time and money cleaning the apartment.Tap in bathroom was loose called about it first day.They sent out a man week later. He told me he would come back the next day with the part he NEVER showed up tap is still loose.I was told that someone would come by and cut the grass it wasn’t cut until last week.I Was very disappointed.Good location and parking.Would not stay again.

It also has a vibrant restaurant, cafe and var scene, with so many places to choose from. Chester is also a great choice for a family trip and that must include a visit to the wonderful Chester Zoo.
