Welcome to your perfect home away from home in Chester! This peaceful property is located just a stone's throw away from Chester city centre, and offers free off-street parking for one car (with additional parking available at a nearby carpark).

The ground floor boasts a lovely white shaker style kitchen with modern amenities, a convenient W/C, and a cosy living room with a generous sofa bed and smart TV. Step out into the private, enclosed rear garden and enjoy some al fresco dining on the patio. (Sofa bed linen is provided at an additional charge).

Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a trundle bed which folds out to either a super king bed or separates into two singles. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The good sized bathroom features a bath and overhead shower, offering the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Chester.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this property is the ideal choice for you. With its close proximity to Chester city centre and its array of shops, restaurants, and attractions, this property provides you with the perfect base to explore all that this beautiful city has to offer.

Chester is a picturesque city in northwest England, renowned for its historical landmarks, shopping and dining scene, beautiful scenery and family-friendly activities. With an array of options to suit all tastes, visitors can explore the Roman walls, medieval cathedral, designer outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants. Families can enjoy award-winning attractions such as the Chester Zoo and Grosvenor Museum, while nature enthusiasts can take scenic walks along the River Dee or through the city's many parks and gardens.
For a comfortable and convenient stay, consider booking this charming property located just off Hoole Way with free parking and easy access to the city centre and train station.

Walking distance to the City Centre - 10 minutes.

In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.
Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.
If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

There is a travel cot and high chair kept at this property, for guest use.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.

A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;

-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.
-Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.
-Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
