This beautiful apartment is located in the 13th arrondissement just steps away from Place d'Italie and in proximity to the 5th arrondissement, the apartment is conveniently located near the vibrant hubs of Place d'Italie, Avenue des Gobelins, and the renowned Rue Mouffetard with its multitude of famous markets and restaurants. Composed of 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 10 guests. Stylish and modern decor will make you enjoy your Parisian stay!



The Space:

Welcome to this spacious and bright flat, next to Place de l'Italie and the emblematic center of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.



The apartment has been under another owners management, you can see some of the amazing reviews on the listing pictures; as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!

This tastefully decorated and huge apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet Parisian neighborhood. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for groups and big families!



The apartment has a capacity for up to 10 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: 2 double beds (160x200cm)

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200cm)

- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160x200cm) accessed via a narrow staircase

- Living room: double sofa bed

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***



- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.



- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.



- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-out time is at 11:00 (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. No smoking on interior areas.

6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it to the garbage room inside the courtyard. There is direct access to the courtyard from the apartment.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

This wonderful apartment fit the 6 of us comfortably and the area it is located in was convenient and surrounded by fantastic places to eat. We could walk everywhere we wanted to visit, including the Lourve and Notre Dame. Fantastic! We loved our stay!!

We loved our stay in Paris. The best thing about this property was the location. It is located in a very nice part of town and everything was easy to get to. The heat was a struggle as there are no AC units, however we managed. Otherwise we were taken care of nicely.

The host was very communicative and allowed us to check in early which was very helpful and appreciated, especially with a little kiddo. The check in instructions were easy to follow and very well written. I thought the explanation of the rooms and space in general was on par with the description in the listing. From a size perspective it was a good fit for the 4 adults, 3 kiddo group we had. Communal living room space did not have a tv or full seating but kitchen definitely allowed for sitting all together. The neighborhood was great with places to shop and eat. My only constructives are - would benefit from a thorough deep clean of nuanced and infrequently used spaces and the ladder stairs are narrow (manageable for sure, just need to be mindful).
