Rockhill Farm Hay Barn in Clun, Shropshire, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Rockhill Farm Hay Barn consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with Smart TV, books, and games. The bedrooms are king-size and double, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a wrap-around lawn, rear enclosed patio with dog shower, furniture, and barbecue, front terrace with furniture, and designated parking for two cars with additional parking available and EV Charging for one car at an additional cost. One well-behaved dog welcome (sorry, no other pets). Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Rockhill Farm Hay Barn is a lovely base for a Shropshire getaway. Note: Owners live on-site and can assist with any questions. Note: Hairdryers in each bedroom. Note: Tower fans provided in each bedroom during the warmer months. Note: Dog mat, towel, bowl, and welcome treats provided.
Amenities: This charming cottage can be booked with Rockhill Farmhouse (Ref 1096616) for larger groups of up to eight guests. One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you (no cats, or other pets). Kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Smart TV, complimentary WiFi and a selection of books and games. Modern electric heating throughout. Dog mat, towel, bowl and welcome treats provided. Outdoor dog shower available. Wrap-around lawn, patio with furniture and barbecue and a front terrace with furniture. Designated parking is available for two cars, with additional parking available upon request. EV charging is available for one car on the owner's drive (cost per Kwh applies). For the comfort of all guests, smoking/vaping is not permitted on the premises. The owners live on site and are available to assist with any questions. A convenience store, coffee shops and pubs are located just 1.3 miles away. Note: This property will not allow dogs upstairs however, will allow dogs on the sofas as long as the owners provide their own throws
