Despite its quiet location, Casas Del Mar is an easy 5-minute drive to the bustling seaside resorts of Sitges and Vilanova with their abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away, while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.



The nearby Vilanova seafront offers large golden sandy beaches with numerous attractions and activities such as a children's train, playgrounds, trampolines, volleyball nets, basketball courts and football pitches. There are also plenty of restaurants and beach bars.

The fully air-conditioned accommodation is distributed over two floors as follows;



Entrance Level

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and can be accessed from either the street level or from the garage with private parking.

The entrance opens into a hallway leading to a stylish and bright open-plan living room/dining area that has large doors onto an impressive wooden deck/terrace with views over the complex and out to sea.

The living room is tastefully furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, TV and coffee table. The dining area has a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests and is conveniently situated next to the kitchen.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with 4-ring electric hob, built-in oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a coffee table.

There is also a guest bathroom on this level.



Lower Floor

All of the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the lower floor and configured as follows;



Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – double or twin beds (80cmx190cm x 2) with open wardrobe and access to terrace.

Bedroom 2 – double bed with open wardrobes and access to terrace. (Bed 140cmx190cm)

Bedroom 3 – master suite with double bed en-suite bathroom and access to a small terrace. (Bed 140cm x190cm)



Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 – shared between bedroom 1 and 2 – shower, washbasin & WC.

Bathroom 2 – en-suite to master bedroom – bath with shower, washbasin, bidet & WC.

Bathroom 3 – WC and washbasin on entrance level.



GARDENS AND POOL AREA

One of the most appealing features of apartment Casa Del Mar is the wonderful large terrace with partial views of the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating, covered dining area and sun beds.

The terrace offers the ideal space in which to relax in the sun, enjoy al-fresco dining or just enjoy a cocktail.

There is also an additional terrace on the lower floor that can be accessed from all the bedrooms.

The community area features a large main infinity swimming pool and an additional smaller pool. The attractive and spacious gardens surrounding the pool area are very well maintained and provide the perfect space for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool while the children enjoy themselves.

There are sunbeds for guest use and also a changing room with toilets and showers for additional guest convenience.
