If you are on the lookout for an escape from everyday life, treat
yourself to a seaside vacation in one of Cape Town's most sought-after
areas - the shores of Bloubergstrand. This beautiful first-floor
2-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it an ideal
rental for holidaymakers or business travellers wanting a comfortable
and private temporary home not too far from the City Centre.
Imagine waking up every morning to the music of crashing waves as you
ease into the day by enjoying a cup of coffee on your balcony
overlooking the beach - yes, please! This apartment is quite large,
offering spacious living areas and comfortable furnishings. The main
living area is open plan with an easy flow from the fully equipped
kitchen to the lounge, complete with a wall-length floor to ceiling
window, a flat-screen TV and access to the balcony.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a wall-length floor to ceiling
window and ample cupboard space for the fashion-loving traveller, while
the second bedroom has 2 x single beds. The apartment has 2 bathrooms -
one features a bathtub, shower, toilet and single sink, while the other
has a shower, toilet and single sink.
Whether you're travelling for business or leisure, you will love the
location of this apartment as it puts you within walking distance of
beachfront restaurants, shops and cafés. After enjoying all that
Bloubergstrand has to offer, bring it to a perfect end by unwinding on
the balcony with a glass of authentic South African wine as you take in
an iconic Cape Town sunset.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 18 Beach Boulevard, Blouberstrand
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
