Lovely place

This place was conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and the archive at which I was doing some research. The host, Katrin, was terrific. The place is beautifully and thoughtfully laid out for guests, particularly international guests. We sometimes struggle to find out, converters, etc. we enjoyed our stay enormously

Perfect for our Capetown city trip

The stay at Katrin's apartment was wonderful. The apartment matches the listing exactly and lacks nothing. It is located directly opposite the Company Garden and is a 3-minute walk to Kloof Street, where there are many beautiful restaurants and bars. Several supermarkets are also within walking distance. The apartment complex is monitored 24 hours a day, consists of two buildings with a pool. We did almost everything on foot within Cape Town, otherwise with Uber. Katrin is a great host, answers questions directly, and gives tips. Since we arrived late at the airport, she organized a taxi transfer for us. We enjoyed the stay very much and would book the apartment again and recommend it

Our second visit was like coming home !😎

We spent 8 days on our second visit to this apt. It is a great location and a really comfortable place. Arriving back from travelling we felt like we were coming home. We found it was nicely equipt as we cooked several dinners in. Katrin was always quick to respond to any question. Would definitely stay here again

Great apt in a great location

We really enjoyed this apt. Very clean great management. Well supplied. Was very quiet too. Nice gardens with a little herb garden for fresh herbs with dinner! Beautiful park across the street. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a spot in cape town .

Very happy with accomodation. Last night there was a very noisy continuous music till 5 am right through the night. The previous Sunday there was a noisy wedding at the company gardens but that ended at a decent time. R there no laws against loud music playing all night in a built up area?

Great location and host

Our host was really great and welcoming. The location is fabulous for museums and walking the city center, fun area near restaurants and night life.

Great apartment just a little noisy at night

The apartment is very clean, well appointed and located. However there is quite a lot of noise at night until 2am when the nearby clubs and bars close (which means sleeping with the windows closed which can be stuffy). If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

Definitely a place to stay

I stayed for several nights before heading for safari. The apartment was just as advertised ... clean, well-appointed, 24 hour security, just across from lovely Company’s Gardens. And Gary “the taxi guy” lives there & can get you anywhere.

Great Apartment in Cape Town

We spent a week in this apartment. We wanted a nice, clean, modern apartment in a central location and it lived up to all that. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. Everything worked well and was nicely appointed. The complex is very well maintained and very secure. The check in process went smoothly and any questions we had were answered promptly. Katrin is an excellent host and I would definitely recommend this apartment if you want a convenient location from which to explore Cape Town.

Great apartment in excellent location!

We had a brilliant stay here, location was brilliant, just off kloof Street and across the street from company gardens. The red hop on hop off bus stopped right outside. The apartment itself was modern, clean and well equipped, and was ideal for our first four nights in Cape Town. Katrin was an excellent host and greeted us at the apartment offering advice and directions to local services and amenities. Would stay again and highly recommend to others.

Great place to stay at affordable price

This property is exactly as described and pictured....no surprises. Katrin is a great hostess, and the apartment is clean, spacious, secure, and comfortable. The location is excellent; close to all downtown area attractions, restaurants, and across the street from the Company Gardens. Having parking included is an added bonus. We have no hesitation in recommending this property - a great value.

Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Town. Your condo was beautiful, secure, clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to plenty shops and restaurants along Long Street and Kloof Street, and the park is across the street. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Perfect place to stay

We selected this apartment because we didn't want to stay in a typical touristy area of Cape Town. The apartment is located across from Company Gardens in an area that is in walking distance to many good restaurants, across the street from the City Bus Tour, a 5 minute walk to Long Street and in walking distance of a variety of tourist sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and obviously well cared for. Katrin, the owner, was always available if we needed assistance and was most helpful in providing all sorts of information, including referring us to a vary capable doctor when we needed one. If we are fortunate enough to return to Cape Town, we would definitely stay here again.

Einfach perfekt!

Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung im Zentrum von Kapstadt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung (Kloof Street und Long Street) finden sich viele individuelle Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Wir waren viel zu Fuß unterwegs (auch bis zur V&A Waterfront) und haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!
