Located a couple of minutes walk from the marina and yacht clubs, with direct access to stunning coastal path.
This private second floor apartment has off-road private parking and its own entrance.
The apartment consists of a sitting room leading though to a kitchenette/ dining area, bedroom, bathroom via its own entrance.
Wake up to uninterrupted sea views through the bay window in a deluxe king size bed. Watch the sun set over the beautiful Belfast Lough through the large windows in the stylish sitting room.
There is a kitchenette and dining area. This apartment is a luxurious suite of rooms.

The town centre with bars and restaurants is a few minutes walk, along with the Marina and other attractions. There is much to offer in the area, such as Ballyholme's sandy beach. golf, sailing, walking, swimming, horse riding, tennis, cinema, parks and museums.
Bangor is a great location to base yourself to visit the rest of Northern Ireland.
Bangor train station is less than 10 minutes walk away.
The kitchenette has a hob only, with extractor fan. No oven.
Guests will need to be able to climb stairs - no lift access.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
No smoking or vaping in the house or in the grounds.
No candles
No BBQ
No fire pits
No children/ babies
Two person occupancy limit
No pets.
This is your home away from home, please care for it as such. It would be appreciated if outdoor shoes are removed and not worn indoors.
Please make sure to lock the door and shut all the windows when leaving the property. Use the key safe at the end of your stay to deposit the keys safely back.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them
