'At 300 meters from the sea, beautiful panoramic Villa on two levels in Villasimius, Porto Sa Ruxi in a tourist village with swimming pool and tennis court. A 5 km golf course.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, lounge, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, 2 verandas, garden, patio with sea view, outdoor shower. It also has a large panoramic veranda with a 6-seater table and barbecue. Parking space right inside the garden. The house is equipped with every comfort including washing machine, TV with satellite dish, air conditioning,, entrance with electric gate, Wifi. The beach below can also be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes. The villa is very close to all the most beautiful beaches on the coast. '
Just 4-5 km you can reach Villasimius with its beautiful marina. In Villasimius there are restaurants, shops, clubs, discos, bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies.
Upon request, linens, sheets, and towels will be provided sanitized by a laundry service. This service is available for a fee.

Great location, very quick walk down steps to a wonderful beach. On-site parking. Quick drive into Villasimius for supermarkets or evenings out. Decor somewhat dated, but everything works as it should.Stefania the host was really responsive.

great location but villa needs to be refreshed because almost everything is oldish and warned out. beautiful beach at walking distance and nice swimming pool in the residence , which we did not use because the beach is too good.

Schön mit blick aufs meer. Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen eher schlecht, da viele Treppen. Pool nicht in der Nähe und nicht verfügbar. Besteck und Gläser beschränkt und nicht ausreichend. Teilweise kaputt. Ansonsten alles sauber und ohne Ungeziefer. Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht immer ubd war sehr laut. Ansonsten alles sauber.

A three-level house has to have stairs. The pool is 400 meters from the house and isn't open during the low season. There are three sets of new plates, cutlery, and glasses for more than six people in the house. If that's not enough for you, you could have mentioned it and I would have bought more. As for the toilet, it flushes well; I've never encountered a silent flush.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Haus war sauber, alles nötige vorhanden und eine sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Netterweise stand frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit. Ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die Küche und die Bäder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber sonst fühlten wir uns sehr wohl

Haus der vielen Treppen

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, das Haus war sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe trotz Sprachbarrieren reibungslos. Ein Hinweis auf die vielen, teils recht hohenTreppenstufen, wäre vorab hilfreich gewesen. Mülltrennung wird akribisch gewünscht, aber die Tonnen stellt der Gast raus. Das Haus liegt in einem separaten Areal, die Straße wird mit elektrischer Schranke gesperrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Strand über eine steile Treppe bei Hitze mit guter Fitness erreichbar, ein Hinweis, dass der Schlüssel für die andere Schranke auch funktioniert wäre hilfreich gewesen. Der Vermieter könnte ein mehrsprachiges Blatt mit Informationen hinterlegen um es etwas einfacher für die Gäste zu machen.

Al mare nel silenzio della macchia mediterranea

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno la casa é in un villaggio immerso nella macchia mediterranea e nella pace assoluta la spiaggia sottostante bellissima come tutte quelle in zona è raggiungibile con 106 gradini o attraversando il villaggio in macchina , la casa è completamente climatizzata e nei giorni più caldi di luglio è stato la salvezza 2 bagni 3 camere da letto ,da quella con il balconcino c è un meraviglioso panorama e di notte il cielo lascia a bocca aperta ,ottimi suoermercati a pochi chilometri a Villasimius, la Host Stefania l'unica volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno si è immediatamente prodigata per risolvere il problema , non abbiamo dato le 5 stelle solo per piccoli problemi non immediatamente risolvibili a cui Stefania sicuramente provvederà.

Positiv: +Lage (Ruhe) +Haus (funktionell) +Kühlschrank gross und gut +Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ok +Bettwäsche sauber +Badetücher sauber +Sicherheit +Parkplatz +Kaltes und sehr warmes Wasser, Wasserdruck gut +Frau Stefania freundlich Negativ: -Nicht alles perfekt sauber (Boden) -Internet oft mit Unterbrüchen -Geschirr: nur 2 Rotwein- und 2 Weissweingläser Wassergläser: Nur 5 Nutellagläser -Esszimmer Aussenplatz: Superheiss, ohne Steckdose für Ventilator -Strom: schnell überlastet (Waschmaschine, Backofen), die Sicherung stellt Strom ab Empfehlung: einmal 500 Euros in Geschirr, Gläser, Internet, Steckdosen etc. investieren, dann ist es perfekt. Der Preis für das Haus war falsch bei FEWO, 10 Tage vor der Abreise bekamen wir das Ultimatum: 605 Euros mehr bezahlen oder Annullierung (Geld zurück) Es hat Bewohner im Quartier, die mit dem Auto 30 oder 40 kmh fahren, erlaubt sind 10 kmh Trotzdem: empfehlenswert

Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der weg zum Strand eine kleine Bucht ist sehr kurz. umliegende Strände auch sehr gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einfache und praktische Unterkunft. Handtücher auch für den Strand vorhanden. Super Kommunikation mit Stefania und ihrer Mutter Anna Maria. Alles ohne Probleme. Wir kommen wieder

Der Aufenthalt in Sardinien war wunderschön, das Haus wie beschrieben. Die Organisation mit Stefania bzw. ihrer Mutter war sehr stressfrei und angehehm. Der Strand der Anlage ist traumhaft und die Infrastruktur in der Umgebung völlig ausreichend. Der Pool während dieser Zeit (bis Mitte Juni) noch nicht in Betrieb. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank noch mal und bis zum nächsten Jahr hoffentlich!

Urlaub mit Meerblick

Wir haben den Meerblick von der Terrasse und den kurzen Weg zu Fuß zum Sand-Strand sehr genossen, schöne kleine Bucht. Haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt, gut ausgestattet, ruhige Umgebung, Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Beau logement près de la mer

Logement bien situé en dehors de la ville, mais près de toutes les commodités (5mn en voiture). La piscine mentionnée dans l'annonce est bien exclusivement réservée aux résidents, mais avec une entrée payante et elle se situe de l'autre côté de la route nationale. Accueil parfait et disponibilité durant le séjour en cas de questions. Corbeilles de fruits et produits frais à l'arrivée. Une bonne adresse.
