Cozy Apartment

This cozy apartment was in the perfect location, with great access to restaurants and shopping. It is a good place for 1-2 people. It even had a small fridge that we used to store bottles of sparkling wine to enjoy after spending the day exploring. Elias made the check-in process so easy. He met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and gave us a bunch of ideas for places to visit and eat. He is extremely responsive should you have any further questions.

Magical Stay

It was a pleasure to be a guest in your property. Location perfect. The welcome could not have been better from your helpful husband. We made cowboy coffee as you did not have a coffee maker. Otherwise we were happy to have had your place to enjoy.

Great location-cute place-responsive host

I stayed for two weeks at Elias’s place in Montepulciano while I attended Il Sasso for Italian lessons. The apartment was perfect for me. It is small and not designed for cooking but with all the great restaurants in Montepulciano who wants to cook? It was fine to make a small breakfast or lunch and it is centrally located to everything. The bed is fine for one person and adequate for my husband and I when he joined me for the second week. If you are a large size couple it might not work well. Elias is very helpful and responded immediately to minor requests (ie a bulb went out). The pictures represent everything very well. It is a very charming little place.

One of the best experience ever!

One of our best experiences.

Everything was extremely perfect: the apartment is located in the heart of the old town and it's very stylish, cozy, and clean . The landlord was very kind, he helped us in finding the way (and a good parking), he offered us traditional "cantucci", then he gived us nice advices about the best places and restaurant to visit, giving us support and information in the following days too . We spent a lot of time in the apartment, and despite the weather was not good, we enjoyed our stay, thanks to this beautiful apartment and its central position (nearby fantastic restaurants) . We can't stand waiting to come back in the future. Very recommended .

Splendido!!!

E' ormai già la seconda volta che io e la mia ragazza ci troviamo a Montepulciano e la seconda volta che decidiamo di alloggiare presso questa splendida struttura. Il proprietario, Elias, è sempre molto accogliente, preciso nel dare indicazioni, facendoci trovare l'appartamento SEMPRE in ottime condizioni. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e trasmettono tanto calore, data l' attenzione di Elias nell'arredarle. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Ci sarà, sicuramente, una terza volta!!! Grazie ancora Elias.

We really could not have asked for me from our accommodation . There was everything we needed and it was very clean and comfy. Also the location was perfect for the town . A great stay and we will go back.

Perfect stay in Montepulciano Tuscany Italy

The perfect place to stay in Montepulciano Tuscany Italy Simply marvelous, beautiful, quiet, clean, stylish furbished, warm and friendly welcoming from the owner, many amenities, right in the center of historical medieval town of Montepulciano. Perfect location and very comfortable apartment

It was a wonderful trip in Monterpulciano! The apartment is in the center of the old city, just perfect location. Walk one street down which is only 1 min you can arrive the Main Street which is full of nice shops, wines, leather, handwork stores, restaurant and so on. The apartment is so comfortable, it's not so big but has everything you need. It even has a cute bar table, you can have a drink with your lover and have a lovely talk. The owner Elias has a very good taste, you can see some of his collection like a very beautiful old world map, different currency from several countries. It's kind of old style like Monterpulciano , meanwhile it's quite practical. We had a very nice stay, will come back again!

A real little gem!

We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home in this delightful little apartment. It was clean, well organised, comfortable and so so so cosy. The host, Elias, and his family were so welcoming and helpful. We can't wait to return!

Cozy apartment in beautiful Montepulciano

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely spartment. It is very well located, and the town is also gorgeous. Our host was very helpful, both with information about the town and regarding our comfort. Elias really went out of his way to look after us. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, the bathroom had been recently renovated, and there were very nice personal touches and artwork to make one feel at home. We enjoyed both our dinners out, one night at Osteria Aquacheta, and the other at Trattoria de Cagnano. Both are very close to the apartment. We would not hesitate to recommend this listing to others.

Magnifique séjour inoubliable

La situation de ce charmant petit appartement au cœur de Montepulciano, l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte et ses conseils avisés tant sur les endroits à visiter que sur les restaurants nous ont permis de passer une dizaine de jours très agréables. Excellent, well-located accommodation.

The quaint little apartment, situated just a few meters was a great find and we stayed there for four nights. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed, comfortable and very well located. Elias was the perfect host and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Charming, Beautiful, Homely

We had a wonderful stay in Montepulciano at il Baule Del Viaggiatore. Everything about the description was spot on and the pictures do not do the apartment justice - it was immaculate and well equipped - we had everything we needed. Elias was happy to be kept in regular contact and we made the use of his local knowledge to make sure we visited the prettiest towns, ate at the best restaurants and saw the best sunsets over the Tuscan hills. I have already recommended the apartment and the town to friends and relatives - I shall certainly be visiting again. Thank you Elias!!

Lovely apartment

Very characteristic and unique!

I have been in this apartment alone and it has been perfect! Very well decorated and good mix of Montepulciano artistic style and other things from other countries. The table and sofa bed are wonderful and the large shower with mosaic superb. Also, very close to the main old attraction and at the corner with a very nice little street with arches and flower...very characteristics and unique!

Home in the art and beauty

Gorgeous little apartment, full equipped and perfect for who appreciate art, history, traveling and comfort. Also excellent host. Maybe the host should put better pictures on the website because in the reality is much better.
