Conveniently located a few minutes’ walk from the local beach in the Residence I Fari holiday village, the property is close to Porto San Paolo’s hub of boutiques, supermarkets and restaurants. Outside guests can enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace with views out to the pretty fenced garden – the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

Inside, the main living space is furnished with a sofa bed, a breakfast table for three, a storage unit and a flat-screen TV. This area also incorporates a breakfast bar and a small kitchen equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1: The first ensuite bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds

Extra: There is a double sofa bed in the living room

Location:

The property is located in Porto San Paolo within a marine protected area on the northeastern coastline of Sardinia. The surrounding sea is famous for its beautiful turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara that dominates the coastal landscape.

The town centres around a small marina (an 8-minute walk) where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Visitors can also enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants and bars here. There are several nearby beaches, accessible by foot, that are great places for snorkelling. (Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina is an 11-minute drive and Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo a 15-minute walk).

Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive) and Capo Coda Cavallo a striking headland renowned for its dramatic cliffs and idyllic coves is also within easy reach. Often referred to as the \"Tahiti of Sardinia\" here you can explore the hidden beaches of Cala Brandinchi and Salina Bamba (both a 15-minute drive away). There are also many sporting activities available nearby including; surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 20-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.
