From here, you can access a spacious private terrace with outdoor furniture and a dining area for six people. Also on this level, you will find two bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom and an auxiliary room with a 90 cm bed.
On the lower floor, there are two cosy bedrooms with single beds, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a practical laundry area. All spaces have built-in wardrobes and centralised air conditioning.
The urbanisation offers a swimming pool, gym, and private parking with electric charging stations, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
