Dream apartment on the Costa Blanca located in the exclusive Laguna Beach I apartment complex, ten minutes drive from the center of Denia.
This spectacular residence, on the beachfront and with a spectacular sea view, has an impressive 25m2 terrace from which you can watch unforgettable sunrises. It is a flat with modern and stylish decoration and capacity to sleep eight people. The apartment consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers (one "en suite"). The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, intensifying the feeling of light and spaciousness inside.
The apartment has all the comforts: one dedicated parking space inside the premises, Air Conditioning in all rooms (hot / cold), HD LED television, Wi-Fi, satellite dish, ... so that you can spend a vacation with all mod cons.

Everything was great, there was a small issue with the 2nd bathroom shower but not enough to spoil our holiday. Our grand daughter loved the children’s pool.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und mit allem ausgestattet. Ein Punkt Abzug im Gesamtergebnis gibt es von mir nur wegen der Großbaustelle die mit starken Lärmbelästigungen tagsüber einher ging. Das war für uns leider Pech und sicherlich nur eine Momentaufnahme. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert und die Kommunikation und Organisation mit dem Gastgeber und der vor Ort Betreuung lief einwandfrei.

Schönes, modernes Appartement in sehr guter Lage.

Alles bestens; ein verzögerter Check-in aufgrund eines sicher einmaligen Problemchens, aber ansonsten alles super. Apartment absolut empfehlenswert, renoviert und sauber. Toller Meerblick!

Balcón al Mediterráneo

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. La urbanización tiene acceso directo a la playa y unos jardines y una piscina muy agradables. Es un apartamento recién reformado y muy amplio, con todos los servicios necesarios para estar unos días de vacaciones o incluso pasar una estancia de mayor tiempo. La comunicación con los propietarios fue fantástica y nos dieron las mayores facilidades para viajar con nuestros dos hijos. El alojamiento en sí es de 10*, pero lo que destaca por encima de todo son las vistas al mar que tienen desde el salón, la terraza y la habitación principal. Un lujo haber disfrutado unos días en este apartamento.

Great Sea views

The property is located right on the beach, at the end of a quiet street. Modern fittings, spotlessly clean. About a 12 min drive into Denia. There is a great supermarket less than 10 mins walk away and a couple of good restaurants. We enjoyed our time here with the only caveat being construction of a new building next door which made some 'background' noise during the day.

Der richtige Ort für einen Traumurlaub

Als Wiederkommer geniessen wir die maritime Lage des Objekts, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, gute Lage in einer Region für viele Freizeitaktivitäten. Für uns ein highlight zum Jahresausklang.

Séjour parfait !

L’appartement, localisé dans une résidence à taille humaine, est parfaitement situé face à la plage qui est juste au pied du charmant jardin paysager. La vue sur la mer est vraiment superbe tant depuis le salon que la chambre principale où la belle terrasse. La piscine a l’air sympa mais les températures relativement douces de février ne nous ont pas permis d’en profiter. L’appartement a été rénové très récemment avec goût : moderne, parfaitement équipé. Un supermarché bien achalandé est à proximité, accessible à pied. Bref un super appartement pour un excellent séjour dépaysant et ensoleillé en plein hiver. Un regret cependant : sans doute victime de son succès l’appartement n’est pas disponible durant l’été ;)
