Perfect cape cod vacation

The condo is a dream. Essentially a corner suite directly overlooking a private beach and the ocean. We loved spending our 10 day Mashpee summer vacation here.Eileen is also very sweet, very responsive, and cares a lot about making sure you have the perfect stay. 10/10

Great summer vacation spot

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The view of Nantucket Sound from the deck was fantastic. Great spot to sit and relax. The location within New Seabury was great. A nice one mile walk to Popponesset marketplace. Easy access to shops and restaurants and other great Cape Cod locations. Would return in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing location

This property is perfect for spending a quiet, secluded vacation for 2, by the water. We spent most of our time either on the deck, or going for long walks around the New Seabury community. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, but if you are not into that, there are plenty of great restaurants within a 15 min drive. Eileen was a fantastic host; providing quite a bit of information that helped us plan our trip, as well as being available for any questions we had during our stay.

Relaxing beach getaway

Quiet location. Private beach. AMAZING views from the balcony. It felt like we were on a cruise ship. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing beach getaway!

Exceeded Expectations

While I expected the beach condo would be great based on the pictures I found the living area more spacious than I anticipated for a one bedroom condo. The views from the deck and also from the living room and bedroom are spectacular. The location is very quiet and private. We enjoyed our daily beach time just down the stairs from the condo. The hosts were very attentive to all details!!

Even better than the photos

Eileen's one- bedroom is immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever been in, after traveling to many, many VRBO units all over the world. Eileen herself responded almost immediately before and during my stay, if I ever had a question. She was clear and organized, flexible and very helpful during each encounter. I went for a walk each morning on the beach and often sat on the deck right outside the living room, overlooking the water. The large slider doors in both the bedroom and living room made the apartment bright, and the sound of the ocean filled the space. I would highly recommend this property.

Slice of Heaven!

Gorgeous property with breathtaking views! Its feels like you're sitting on the deck of a cruise ship. At night, looking at the stars (Jupiter was so big and bright it was like you could reach our an touch it!) with Martha's Vineyard shimmering in the background. The incredibly modern kitchen and beautiful soothing shower..this condo truly delivers. I highly recommend it!

Breathtaking Ocean Views

Astounding Ocean Views from your own private deck or viewing from the bedroom or living area sliding glass doors ! Condo is well equipped with everything needed for an unbelievable vacation experience. Falling asleep listening to the ocean is priceless. Whether dining out or eating in this unit is located in an ideal area. One of our BEST Cape Cod vacations ever !

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo with a spectacular ocean view. We managed to tear ourselves away from the deck to ride on several of the bike trails, tour Martha’s Vineyard and visit Provincetown. At the end of each day, we were grateful to return to the beauty and solitude of New Seabury with a bucolic setting offering miles of walking trails. Eileen is kind, patient and truly concerned about her renters! We hope to visit again!

Peaceful Respite

We enjoyed the spectacular views from the deck and did not want to leave the beautiful condo . It was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The amenities were complete and Eileen made us feel at home. We plan to return. Thanks for a wonderful time !

We had a great time and the accommodations were fantastic, very clean and the view of the ocean exceptional, literally right outside your door. The owners thought of everything and made the stay a very comfortable one. We would highly recommend this property for anyone planning a vacation.

Unmatched Ocean View

The view from the deck is simply amazing. So relaxing. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen and bath. Very hot and humid week, so we appreciated the AC. Quiet building. Easy parking.

New Seabury ocean front condo at Tidewatch

We enjoyed very much the beautiful ocean front condominium. Eileen O’Brien , the owner and her husband answered all our questions. The condomiium is upstairs and very comfortable, The kitchen is wonderful very large and open to the living room with everything you need I mean everything! It is very clean, perfect and super well equipped . The bathroom is fantastic, an adventure , with so many shower heads, and many towels to use, Eileen does not forget any detail to make you feel welcome. The view , a pleasure to be in front of the ocean. The second week it was very windy and very humid but the first one much better. The bedroom is very large and comfortable, large closet with lots of Hangers and drawers. Very nice two weeks in July.

Beautiful, quiet and so lovely! This condo is a gem-can’t recommend it highly enough!

From the moment we inquired about the beautiful property, Eileen was most gracious and accommodating. She answered all questions and concerns, while conveying great care about the condo and surrounding units. It’s easy to understand why- what a treasure the place is! The pictures do not do it true justice. The view and extra large deck are the greatest draw- we could not spend enough time outside taking in the beauty. Though nothing can compare to the wonderful sights each day, the inside of the condo comes close! The spacious kitchen and living area is wide open with natural wood floors and a ton of natural lighting, creating a very peaceful and homey feeling. The kitchen was full of all the necessary cooking tools and we had delicious cape cod meals all week. The bath and shower are larger than you would think ! The shower is one of a kind and so big! The master and it’s lovely views and door to the deck made for some wonderful cups of coffee and sunrise chats. The mattress was amazing- slept the best I had in months! It is clear the Tidewatch owners take great pride in keeping the community quiet and pleasing for all. It was so nice to be in a setting where everyone was trying their best to follow rules to be respectful of vacation times. The setting of the condos is so pretty- we never got tired of unlocking the main door to a wide open and beautiful view. Great week, great stay, beautiful weather- can’t recommend Eileen and her gorgeous condo enough. If you’re lucky enough to get a chance to stay, you should! We loved everything about it!

Stunning location!

We stayed here July 7th to the 14th. The weather was fabulous. We spent most of the time on the deck enjoying the cool breeze and the warm sun. Inside was an absolute delight.Very clean and well equiped. The shower was to die for! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind! Maureen and Tom Borsari

Breathtaking view!

When we arrived, the view from the balcony was even better than the picture! The sound of the ocean and the view to Martha's Vineyard made you just want to sit on the deck and take it all in. The condo was lovely and well appointed. The shower was great! The memory foam mattress on the bed made for a great sleep. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The entire Cape area was beautiful! There was a restaurant we really liked nearby in Mashpee called Wicked. Eileen, the owner, was very accommodating. We would definitely go back!

Mesmerizing!!!!

What a wonderful stay... The condo is breath taking. No matter where your are in the welcoming rooms, you have a view of the ocean. It is VERY private and comforting. Eileen was a wonderful help and available for all of our questions. It is well equipped and it was pleasure to cook in the kitchen. The beach is a short walk away and a great place to see many "heart stones". We were pleasantly surprised when we went on the deck and saw bunnies hopping around beneath us. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for another week. We felt sad😞 To leave...Thank you Eileen

Breathtaking views and luxurious lodgings in New Seabury

The condo is right on the water with a very large balcony providing amazing views.This is truly a home away from home with all the kitchen essentials and more. Very spacious bedroom with a King bed and luxurious shower. Even during a busy time - first week of July, there were very few people on the private beach. Just a five minute drive to Mashpee Commons where many good restaurants and grocery stores are located. Eileen was excellent at ensuring we had a great stay and always accessible. This is our third time and we will certainly come back again. Highly recommended!

Ocean Ocean Ocean - a view from every room!

If you're looking for your own ocean front vacation - this is the place! Beautiful kitchen and bath - spacious living room and bedroom - clean and well appointed and well stocked with all the necessesties. We had a great stay - the views are fantastic - spacious deck for morning coffee, drinks or at-home dining. You can't beat the view! Steps to your own private beach - it doesn't get any better! The owner was great and meticulous and a pleasure to rent from. Very romantic - felt like we were in our own ocean front suite.

RELAX RELAX RELAX IN COMFORT!

Our week at TideWatch in New Seabury was perfect! This oceanfront condo was just beautiful. The pictures accurately represent the condo, immaculate, comfy furnishings, excellent air conditioning and fans, and the kitchen had everything you could need for the week! The bathroom is beautiful and shower was fabulous! The views are just breathtaking- day and night, we were fortunate to visit during a full moon and my night time pics were as beautiful as the daytime ones. The grounds are well kept, and the Marketplace in the community is five minutes away. Bob's Seafood Cafe had the BEST Lobster Roll, and Emack and Bolio's ice cream was rich and yummy. Eileen was wonderful to rent from, she answers all questions promptly. She has stocked her condo nicely with towels, sheets and plenty of pillows, blankets, beach towels, coffee and tea, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, so appreciated! We hope to return to her condo in the future!

Relaxing Vacation

We had a very relaxing week at this condo in New Seabury. The condo is well appointed with a very nice kitchen and bathroom. The oceanfront location was the biggest draw for us and the views were even better in person than the photos show. If you are willing to wake up early enough, there is a great view of the sunrise from the deck. We were even able to watch a fireworks show across the sound on Martha's Vineyard one evening from the deck. There is access to a narrow beach that is great for walks and the location is only a short drive to a few area beaches that are better for enjoying a day at the beach.

Beautiful area, loved location. My unit was directly on the ocean, and was hard to resist. New Seabury offered many amenities: restaurants, bike trails, miles of ocean, specialty shops, family friendly activities, and a golf course. Love at first sight.

I fell in love with my home because of the unbelieveable view. Looking beyond the horizon and seeing nothing but open ocean from one direction and then from another a birds eye view of Martha's Vineyard. People who have stayed have marveled about the unit and its location. Especially the beautiful shower.
