The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. There is a washing machine available for your laundry needs.

There is a private balcony, ideal for relaxing and taking in the view.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a double bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Clapham is a charming area located in South London. Close to the beautiful Clapham Common, perfect for a relaxing day outdoors. With easy access to the station, exploring the surrounding areas is convenient. Whether you're looking for a peaceful walk in the park or a quick commute to the city, Clapham offers the best of both worlds.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Clapham Common, is just a 16 minute walk.

Heathrow and Gatwick Airport are both an hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in anytime after 3pm.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
