Close to Aqualand and Luna Parc, less than 30 minutes from several golf courses and zoos, and around 1 hour from Terramitica or Mundo Mar, our accommodation is more attractively priced to let guests choose which options to add according to their needs.
Possible options to be booked and paid for on site:
- Wifi option: price depends on the operator (between 20 and 30 euros for the stay or per 30-day period) - Please enquire beforehand at the PALMERASOL agency on site.
- Air-conditioning option: 5 euro per day, if used between 1 June and 30 September (free the rest of the year).
- Fan or additional radiator option: 5 euros per day of use (deposit of 50 euros, returned when the appliance is returned in good condition).
- Optional baby cot or additional inflatable mattress: 30 euros per week (deposit of 50 euros, returned when the appliance is returned in good condition).
- Chromecast option: 1 euro per day (50 euro deposit, returned when the device is returned in good condition)
- Optional extra cleaning during your stay (price on request)
- Option of a private parking space nearby: from 3 to 10 euros per day, depending on the season and if available.
- Private airport transfer option: on request, to be paid on site - from 50 euros depending on the pick-up time or location (day or night).
- Possibility of late arrival or departure or on non-working days in the region and in Torrevieja (see internet): Free from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 every weekday and Saturday morning from 10:00 to 14:00:
- Arrivals: check-in and collection of keys between 6pm and 7.45pm
- For departures: in the morning between 09:30 and 11:00.
A luggage storage service is available during opening hours for late arrivals and early departures.
- Please note! Outside the opening hours of the agency indicated above, overtime will be charged at a rate of 10 euros per hour of overtime up to a maximum of 50 euros, which is retained for Sundays and local public holidays.
- Excessive energy consumption: water and electricity consumption is included in the price for a maximum amount of 1.50 to 2 euros per day (i.e. 50 to 60 euros per month per bill). Any excess over 15% will be billed to you on the basis of the exact invoice received.
All these options must be ordered and paid for on site, so they are not commissioned by the booking site (substantial savings).
- Payment can be made by VISA with an additional 2% bank charge.
- Please note that, if not already deducted at the time of booking, a resort fee of 20% of the total amount of your booking will be payable on site at check-in to cover general check-in costs and local taxes. Please check with the seller or the PALMERASOL agency on site to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
At the end of your stay, any shortages or damage found in the accommodation on the day of departure will be deducted directly from your deposit. It is therefore important to notify the on-site concierge agency of any damage.
The PALMERASOL agency has been appointed by the owner to deal with any problems or additional needs to ensure that your stay is as stress-free as possible. (repair, purchase, loan or replacement of damaged equipment or linen, etc.)
The house and its exterior are cleaned and disinfected between each stay, and an insecticide and pest control treatment is carried out annually to prevent crawling insects and small unwanted animals. However, it is impossible to prevent the wind or "cucarachas" (local insects) from bringing sand, dust or dying into the accommodation. Please note that these occasional and rare events will not give rise to a request for reimbursement or a change of address (except in the case of a proven mass invasion),
Please note: failure to hand over the keys to an employee of the agency on the day of departure and failure to check out will automatically result in the total loss of the deposit.
Transfer by bus from Alicante airport to Torrevieja bus station (approx. 15 euro return per person - tickets available on site, timetables on the internet).
Bicycles and scooters can be hired in the town for all your outings, or to explore the hiking routes in the protected parks of La Mata and Les Salinas (and its pink lagoon).
