He repetido mi estancia una semana en septiembre y todo muy bien. Esta vez había muchas hormiguitas pequeñas, pero por lo demás todo muy bien. Bueno el sillón está hundido por la esquina derecha y el congelador de la nevera no congela muy bien y es algo pequeño. Yo pondría un frigorífico algo más grande porque se queda un poco pequeño. Por lo demás todo muy bien. La zona es tranquila y la piscina está muy bien. Seguramente repetiremos.

Todo fue perfecto. La casa está muy limpia y tienen todo lo necesario. Está cerca del Mercadona por si necesitas comprar algo, cerca de la piscina y todo es perfecto. No podría pedir más.

Todo muy bien, estuvimos 14 días y aunque es un poco pequeño para una pareja y 2 niños pequeños está bien. La piscina muy grande, la urbanización tranquila, aunque hay ruido de gallos y gatos por la mañana y por la noche. El bar de la urbanización está muy bien y dan comida a buen precio. Se necesita coche para moverse pero muchos supermercados y ocio cercano. Las playas de la Zenia y Mil Palmeras cercanas y de calidad. Seguramente repetiremos. Gracias Lauren

L'adresse est mal renseignée, indiquer simplement le nom de la rue serait plus pratique. La propreté est à revoir. Quand au quartier, comme dans bcp d'urbanisation il faut une voiture. Le prix reste convenable mais pour 2 personnes maximum car c'est tres petit

Not the best to find at night. No pool. Toilet seat loose.sink loose.cobwebs above front door and in kitchen. Bug side of toilet. VERY small rooms. All in all ...very cramped.

Cozy Apartment Lago Jardin

We Had a Lovely Time, The Apartment is Compact, but Fully eqipped for your stay. The Fast Fibre Broadband and Smart TV are a great touch. The Commumal Pool Area and attached Bar Restaurant are Wonderful. Great Neighbours. We Will Return.

Onze vakantie begon met een slechte start. Er waren wat problemen de wifi, er kwamen mensen om dit te instaleren maar deden dit niet goed, Lauren zorgde ervoor dat ze de dag nadien er vroeg terug waren en het nu wel oploste. Ze gaf ons zelf een refund hiervoor. We kregen ook problemen met onze wagen de 1sre 3 dagen. We hadden fantastische buren (Sandra en Steve) hebben ons super goed geholpen. Na deze eersre drie dagen kon onze vakantie goed beginnen. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Lauren, een klein maar gezellig huisje. Supermarkt kortbij, niet ver van het centrum, een proper en ruim zwembad, we konden echt genieten van de rust. Dit verblijf is een aanrader als je met een klein gezin op reis wil. Groeten fam. Taylor

Family trip to Los Balcones

I have stayed in this area previously and had also visited family here so was pretty familiar with the area. In general the pool is amazing even with the Covid restrictions in place. The owner was easy to contact and always answered any queries I had including arranging transfers etc. This service should be added to her listing to make things easier for the stay. The neighbours next door Sandra and Steve were extremely friendly and so helpful and welcoming as were the neighbours across the way. It was a joy to have a wee chat everyday with them. The apartment itself is small and compact but has all needs catered for. I didn’t realise it was as small as it was but as a family of 5 we were quite satisfied with the facilities etc. It would be helpful if there was an ironing board. Overall a fantastic experience very little to moan about and would highly recommend a stay here. It is out of the way but we just used a local taxi to go to the beach and Torrevieja. Would love to stay again.

Not quite what i expected.

Please know that the "keyholder" (cleaner, and general maintanance people) live on the complex, and keep an eye on the property. I came back from going to the local shop in my car (a 1 minute drive away) to be told by the keyholder that i had forgotten to lock the grill door, and so she had "locked it for me". I told her that i had bolt locked the other 2 locks on the door. I asked her how she knew i wasn't in, and she said she knew by whether my car was there or not. She said i shouldn't leave my computer in view when i'm out, which made me understand she had looked through the window. I really didn't feel comfortable there, knowing that tthe keyholder lived close by, had keys, and knew when i was in and out. There were a couple of incidences that made me feel uncomfortable. So please bear this in mind when you book. It's not the most relaxing feeling when you're on holiday.

Mi experiencia en este pequeño apartamento no ha sido positiva , es muy difícil localizarlo , puesto que las direcciones e indicaciones no son del todo correctas , nadie aparece en ningún momento ni para la entrega de llaves ni para la recogida , tanto las camas como el sofá cama son muy incómodos , la televisión está averiada y no se ve y el wifi no funciona correctamente , etc , etc , cuando conseguimos comunicarnos con el propietario ( siempre en inglés ) en ningún momento apareció ni nos dió ninguna solución , todo un despropósito. No recomiendo para nada esta propiedad.

Nice cosy apartment on a clean quiet complex with fantastic pool area.

Spent 8 nights at the apartment in August with partner and two daughters aged 8 and 13. Children shared the pull out sofa bed in the lounge whilst we used the two single beds in the bedroom that zip together to make a decent sized double. We didn't spend much time in the apartment other than to sleep so found the size suitable for our needs. The air conditioning in the bedroom is enough to cool the whole apartment which was nice after long hot days by the pool or beach. The apartment is on a clean complex with a mixture of owners and rentals of various nationalities. The pool area is superb with a big swimming pool and plenty of space to lay towels or sun loungers (which can be hired at €2.50 each). There is a pool bar/restaurant right next to the swimming pool that serves good food at a reasonable price, €3.00 for a toasted sandwich for example and happy hour from 4-7pm with a pint of beer at €2.00 (only €2.50 normal price). At the time of writing this review you are not able to take food or glass beverages into the pool area itself (bottled water etc is ok) but its only separated by a fence so you can easily keep an eye on children if you wanted to have a drink whilst the kids swim. There is a life guard on duty at all times. There is a Mercadona supermarket 5 mins walk away and although we had a rental car I believe there is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the apartment that can take you into Torreveija. There are a few restaurants/bars within walking distance of the apartment including a few about 10 mins down the road that offer a 3 course meal for €8.95. We ate at one and the food was pretty good considering the cost. There is also a Chinese in the same area that was also reasonable. Overall we enjoyed staying at the apartment and would consider staying again if holidaying in the same area. Thanks Lauren for an easy and trouble free booking. Marcus, Nicky and Family.
