Juste au nord du centre-ville historique de Florence se trouve le paisible quartier Oceanside de Heceta Beach et le Y-Knot construit en 2006, est une maison de 1100 pieds carrés 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains maison à seulement un pùté de maisons de la plage Heceta. C'est moins de 2 blocs deux le chemin qui mÚne à Heceta Beach et il a vue sur l'océan depuis le deuxiÚme étage. J'ai une belle enveloppe autour du pont, avec une table à l'extérieur pour manger dans le soleil de l'aprÚs-midi.

Parfait pour 2 couples, cette maison a deux chambres et deux salles de bains sur des étages distincts. Au premier étage, vous trouverez la buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a aussi une chambre queen qui a une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces et une baignoire avec douche. A l'étage est une chambre King, également avec sa propre télévision et un grand dressing. Vous trouverez également un loft pour profiter de la vue ou regarder la télévision. Les enfants apprécieront également cet espace.

La grande salle avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et des tonnes de lumiĂšre naturelle, signifie que personne dans le groupe ne manquera de rien, et il y a une porte sur le pont pour les repas en plein air facile .. Le chef aura beaucoup d'espace pour prĂ©parer et prĂ©parer un dĂ©licieux repas pour votre groupe - la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les casseroles et poĂȘles nĂ©cessaires ainsi que d'un lave-vaisselle et une gamme supĂ©rieure en verre Ă©lectrique pour vos besoins de cuisson!

Y-Knot is lovely! The pictures don’t do it justice; it’s quite updated and truly has everything you need. The short walk to the beach is a huge plus. We were really happy with the house and will be back!

This is a lovely 2 story home just a short walk from the beach. The layout of the house is great - primary bedroom is upstairs and a second bedroom with a queen bed is downstairs with the living areas. Plenty of pillows and linens are provided. The kitchen is very well stocked with most of the basics and more!The WiFi works well with 4 devices. The host has taken great care to provide a comprehensive binder describing the area's attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Y Knot. We like the location being close to Florence and also close to Heceta Head Beach. The house is great for our small family with an upstairs and downstairs bedroom and 2 bathrooms. You can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes and get to walk through some sand dunes. Great spot for a simple quiet getaway to the beach

Nice house, will stay again

Perfect spot for our family to relax. It's a little ways from town, but the quiet neighborhood is great. Close to the beach, 5 min walk to get there.

Cozy house

This house is cozy when you walk in and inviting! I have been here once before and just love it! Close enough to the beach and to town as well as great dining. Definitely planning on staying here again sometime!

Had a great time in Hecta Beach!

We had a great time at the Y-Knot. It was a perfect landing place as we were traveling back and forth from Eugene to watch some college baseball. Great house, clean, well appointed and so close to the beach. Our lab will never be the same now that he experienced playing in the ocean. Would definitely return!

Comfortable house, quiet neighborhood

We spent 2 weeks with 2 small dogs and escaped the Texas heat. The house is well stocked with towels and necessities to make a long stay easy. Great neighborhood for walking dogs and meeting the neighbors while listening to the surf. This was our first trip to Oregon and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring forests and the coastline in all its beauty. We will be returning next year.

Comfortable, clean, private

The house was cozy, clean, and we loved staying here. It has outside hot water available for easy and warm after beach clean up. The beds are very comfortable and the property is very quiet and private. It has nice views of trees and lots of hummingbirds. It's about a 5-10 min walk to the beach with multiple beach routes. The house has all cooking needs and lots of bath towels. Laundry in onsite and has all supplies. They even provide dog towels, toys, waste bags, and furniture covers. Definitely will stay again and recommend

Wonderful ocean house

I cannot say enough about this gem of a house! The ocean breeze. The short walk to the beach through the hobbit trail. The incredibly comfortable king bed. The well stocked kitchen. The family friendly layout. I could go on and on. We have a 6 yr old and a 3 yr old and it was a perfect place for our family. We are already figuring out how we do a repeat next summer. HIGHLY recommend Y-Knot!!

Great Vacation Get-A-Way

What one word describes, relaxing, comfortable, cheery, and practical? We went to ride the dunes. That did not happen as mother nature gave the Pacific Northwest a snowstorm of the century. Never mind it though, we were snug as bugs in a rug.

Definitely coming back!

We LOVED our stay! Perfect for our family of 4 and Dog! Tips: 1) If you like a soft bed, bring a pad. The bed was not comfortabke for me, but it has been rated as comfortable by others, so its a personal thing. We have the costco pads on our beds at home and I'll bring it next time we come back! 2) Look at the welcome bunder for a map to the trail leading to the beach! Its a tunnel at the beginning that opens up to a few sandy hills. My kids LOVED it! 3) Driftwood shores is just down the road and its an easier walk to gain access to the beach if you arent up for the short hilly hike.

Listen to those waves!

For our group it was great, although the stairs are steep! May be a consideration for elderly and toddlers. It is an easy walk to the beach. Parking at beach is limited for sure, so walking worked best for us, but we weren’t dragging sand toys or a picnic. The weather was perfect so we got to enjoy that great porch. Peaceful, cheery and you definitely can hear the waves! This home’s coastal decor was wonderful. The home also was well equipped in the kitchen. We walked the neighborhood daily but did not feel comfortable letting grandchildren walk alone. We’d definitely stay here again! May just be our new favorite place to stay in Florence.

Late arrivals

We had appointments come up so we were late arriving at our destination, it was dark and we had never been there before but it was so nice to enter Y-Knot with the porch and utility room lights on and it was nice and warm. So nice to be greeted this way. Y-Know was very clean and we had everything we needed for our week stay. Although it was very nice we probably would choose another location the next time as we are older and the stairs were a little too much for us. The manager Leslie is so considerate and easy to work with.
