Impressive flat with direct access to the beach of La Garita, in Telde. Exquisitely decorated, with attention to detail, it has capacity for 4 people, a large terrace with sea views, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the atmosphere of the place, WiFi and Smart TV. Located in a picturesque coastal area, it perfectly combines comfort with charm and is ideal for a unique experience in Gran Canaria, where the weather is summery all year round.

This exclusive one-storey coastal flat with access to the promenade of Playa de La Garita, is ideal for families, friends and couples, as it has capacity for 4 people, distributed in three cosy bedrooms, the main one with double bed, TV and wardrobe, and the other two, with single bed, and in one of them, wardrobe and desk, ideal for teleworking. It has two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a dining area, and a bright living room with Smart TV, sofa Chaiselongue and direct access to the large terrace where you can enjoy a good lunch while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. In addition, for greater comfort, the complex in which it is located has an outdoor parking space.

Located in Telde, with all the services around, such as supermarkets and restaurants, and a few minutes away from other beaches such as Salinetas. It also has a very good connection with the motorway to travel around the rest of the island comfortably. Located in a quiet environment, only 20 minutes by car from the city of Las Palmas and Las Canteras Beach.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, cot, high chair, towels, sheets and much more. To access the flat from the car park there is a section of the complex with stairs.

Work is currently being carried out on the building, so there may be noise during working hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Schöne Lage am Strand, leider war einiges Defekt oder etwas abgenutzt. Am schlimmsten waren die Bohrungen und Hammerarbeiten in der Wohnung über uns, die gerade komplett renoviert im Rohbauzustand innen ist . Arbeiten von 8:00 - Ca. 16:00 Uhr und das laut den Handwerkern noch über Monate.Dafür war die Wohnung dann doch zu teuer.

Schöner Urlaub, aber …

Positiv finden wir die Größe der Wohnung mit viel Stauraum. Auch die Terrasse ist schön, und die beiden Bäder waren offensichtlich renoviert. Die Fenster waren sowohl zum Kippen als auch zum Öffnen geeignet. Die Verdunkelung war 100%ig, und in den Schlafräumen war es absolut still. Der Paseo vor der Tür störte überhaupt nicht und war wunderbar für einen spontanen Spaziergang.Sehr gestört hat uns die spärliche Ausrüstung der Küche. Wir waren drei Wochen in der Wohnung, und wir mussten immer sofort alle Teile abwaschen, weil nur wenig Geschirr vorhanden war. Das Besteck war billig und zusammengesucht, es gab keine Trinkbecher, sondern nur kleine Tassen, wir hatten nur ein Geschirrhandtuch für unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schnell, aber wenig hilfreich, zumal jeweils ein anderer Ansprechpartner antwortete. Unser größtes Problem war, dass wir drei Tage lang kein warmes Wasser in der Küche hatten, und von der Seite der Agentur gab es zwar diverse Ideen, wie wir das Problem beheben könnten, aber zielführend war das nicht. Erst nachdem wir nach vielen Korrespondenzen etwas deutlicher wurden, kam ein Handwerker, der das Warmwasser innerhalb kürzester Zeit anstellte. Insgesamt hat uns nicht gefallen, dass es keinen persönlichen Ansprechpartner gab, dass es keinerlei Hinweise für die Handhabung mit z.B. technischen Geräten gab (Fernseher), wo die Waschmaschine zu finden war.

We're glad to hear that you appreciated the spacious layout of the apartment, the renovated bathrooms, the quiet bedrooms, and the terrace — as well as the lovely Paseo right outside for spontaneous walks. That said, we're truly sorry to read about the inconveniences you faced during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find the kitchen under-equipped, especially for a longer visit. Your comments about the limited utensils, lack of drinkware, and only one dish towel for three weeks are noted and will be passed on to the relevant team to review and improve immediately. Regarding the hot water issue and the communication with our team, we regret that the situation took longer than it should have to resolve. While we do our best to offer prompt support, it’s clear that in this case, the follow-up was not as effective as it should have been. We're also taking your feedback seriously about the lack of clear instructions for appliances and the absence of a dedicated contact person — both are areas we’re committed to improving. Despite these issues, we hope there were still enjoyable moments during your stay and that you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future to offer a much smoother experience.
