The appartment is great, we enjoyed the spacious terrace with the stunning view and the proximity to the beautiful beach and the supermarket. Parking was no problem, also the nearby airport did not really bother us. We would come again.

El apartamento es muy grande, con una terraza espectacular, con unas vistas impresionantes, las habitaciones muy amplias y los baños muy bien acondicionados, la cocina muy grande y bien equipada. La zona estaba muy bien, con comercios y restaurantes a muy pocos metros, al igual que la playa.

👍 Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zur Erkundung der Insel ist die Lage absolut ideal. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt, und ist entsprechend gut sowie zweckmässig eingerichtet – insgesamt wirklich sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt (Spar) befindet sich nur wenige hundert Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten zudem keinerlei Probleme mit Parkplätzen und konnten unser Auto jederzeit direkt vor dem Eingang abstellen. Die Flugzeuge fliegen zwar tief und in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei, jedoch empfanden wir dies nicht als störenden Lärm, sondern vielmehr als interessante Aussicht. Der Gastgeber war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen erhielten wir stets schnell eine Rückmeldung, und man fühlte sich gut betreut und willkommen. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und angenehm, was unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich positiv geprägt hat. Wir hatten das grosse Glück, das wir bereits etwas früher einchecken durften, da die Wohnung nicht besetzt war - dies empfand ich sehr zuvorkommend. 👎 Grundsätzlich war das Apartment bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Allerdings wurde die gesamte Wohnung offenbar mit demselben Tuch gereinigt, was auf verschiedenen Oberflächen deutliche Schlieren hinterlassen hat (Spiegel, TV, Fenster, Küche usw.). Zudem wäre ein Staubsauger sehr hilfreich gewesen. Etwas weniger zufrieden waren wir mit der Abwicklung der Kaution, da der Betrag vollständig abgebucht und nicht nur auf der Kreditkarte reserviert wurde. Die Rückerstattung erfolgte zwar korrekt, jedoch zu einem ungünstigeren Wechselkurs. Dies betrifft lediglich Gäste, deren Kreditkarte in einer anderen Währung als Euro geführt wird.

👍 Duży, przestronny, nowoczesny apartament z pięknym tarasem. Fajna plaża, część piaszczysta a część skalista - co kto lubi. Ładny widok, szum morza, dobra baza wypadowa na wycieczki. To były super wakacje :) 👎 W pobliżu jest lotnisko, więc trzeba być gotowym na hałas startujących samolotów, choć nam przeszkadzało to tylko na początku. Byłoby super, gdyby w apartamencie był jeszcze odkurzacz - zwłaszcza na dłuższe pobyty.

Le logement est beau, récent, spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Il offre une superbe vue mer. Il est situé dans un quartier calme. MAIS l’appartement est situé dans le couloir de décollage de l’aéroport de Gran Canaries (7km) , aéroport très actif, d’où beaucoup avions décollent à toute heure du jour et de la nuit occasionnant des nuisances sonores non négligeables. Il faut en être informé.

👍 Die Unterkunft ist superschön! Alles noch neu und modern, mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer von der wunderschönen großen Terasse. Das ganze Haus sehr gepflegt. Ein- und auschecken dank VillaGranCanaria völlig unproblematisch und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung in Telde/Taliarte ist sehr ruhig. Wer Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Sparmarkt und ein paar Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten empfiehlt sich ein Leihwagen. 👎 Geräuschempfindliche Menschen sollten sich darüber klar sein, dass der Flughafen nur 10 Autotminuten entfernt ist.

👍 Diese großzügig geschnittene Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es ist alles neuwertig und hochwertig und alles sehr hell und freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Balkon mit diesen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Sitzecke und die Sonnen liegen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die Ausstattung der Küche mit dem Backofen der Spülmaschine und eine Kapselmaschine für einen schnellen Kaffee. Noch zu erwähnen, die Nähe zum Flughafen in 10-12 Minuten. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und wäre bei uns nächsten Aufenthalt wieder erste Wahl. 😊

Wir waren zu zweit im Apartment und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles super sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist die große Terrasse. Es gibt einen schattigen Bereich und einen Sonnenbereich und sogar eine elektrische Markise, die den Essplatz schattig macht. Traumhafter Ausblick auf den schönen Strand und das Meer. Wir haben jeden Abend auf der Terrasse gelegen und das Meer genossen.Es ist anzumerken, dass der Flughafen in der Nähe ist und man die Flugzeuge auf der Terrasse sieht und hört. Das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört - wir fanden es interessant und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub - vielen Dank dafür :-)
