Set within the grounds of the old Moffat Manor, the spacious open-plan sitting, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for socializing and family time.
Set in over 80 acres of beautiful Scottish countryside the holiday home is the perfect base for walkers & cyclists and with a Loch on your doorstep, fishing enthusiasts are right at home.

The space Perfectly situated overlooking the lake the property is beautifully presented throughout with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Relax in the open plan sitting area on comfortable sofas for a cozy night in front of the TV or alternatively, there is plenty of room for family games night!
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal preparation whilst still socializing with the rest of your party. Regardless if you are preparing, breakfast, a light lunch, or a full evening meal everything you need is at hand and cooking is a breeze!
Enjoy your meal at the dining table situated directly next to the kitchen for ease and convenience.
Move through the hallway and you will find Bedroom 1, a super comfortable double bed that ensures a great night's sleep, plenty of storage, and an en-suite cloakroom for convenience.
Bedroom 2 is the twin room, cozy and again with ample storage.
Guests 5 & 6 will use the comfortable sofa bed in the sitting area.
The main bathroom has a good-sized shower and storage for toiletries.
Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or evening glass of wine seated outside on the decking area whilst taking in the local wildlife, from rabbits to hedgehogs, deer to red squirrels there's always a furry friend to admire!

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
