Our home is the perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort and has been recently decorated to an incredibly high standard, with both families and groups in mind. As soon as you enter, you're welcomed into a space where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure your stay is nothing short of spectacular.
DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs, unwind in the expansive living area, featuring a huge smart TV equipped with all the streaming services you could wish for. An electric fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploration. The dining area, capable of seating seven, invites you to gather around for memorable meals, prepared in the adjacent, modern, and fully fitted kitchen. Here, convenience meets style with the inclusion of a washer and dryer, ensuring all your needs are met with ease.
The kitchen is fully stocked with an electric hob, kettle toaster, fridge & freezer, and all the utensils you'll need during your time in York
The downstairs bathroom redefines luxury with a rainfall walk-in shower, providing a spa-like experience right in the comfort of your home.
UPSTAIRS
Ascend to the upper level where comfort continues to take centre stage. The rear of the property houses two double bedrooms, each adorned with its own color theme and an abundance of plush cushions, promising a restful night's sleep.
An additional upstairs w/c and wash basin offer extra convenience for all guests. The front of the house features a spacious double bedroom and a cozy single bedroom, each designed with ample storage and hangers, making them ideal for any attire, from coats to long dresses.

Whether it's the thoughtful interior design, the blend of modern amenities, or the attention to detail in each room, our home is ready to be the backdrop to your unforgettable getaway to York. There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which we are sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check, and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

CHECK-IN
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

KEYS
The keys are kept within a key safe and the code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
