Wide and bright apartment in San Giovanni district. Located on the third floor of a residential building with elevator, the apartment consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a little studio, a fully equipped kitchen, one balcony. The apartment, recently renovated, features AC and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is a few kilometers from the Baths of Caracalla (FAO HEADQUARTERS), Circo Massimo, Colosseum, Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with this rental. Both the check in and check out process was a breeze and we had plenty of room. Very much liked that there were 2 bathrooms.

This was a nice apartment for a family vacation (very large for Roma). Away from the tourist area, great local restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Metro

Prime Location & Easy Check In/Check Out

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a great location, quiet, friendly and had an attentive check in; host was very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed and wanted was in walking distance. Excellent place!

Very clean and large rooms. Showers were small and Metro was about a 15 minute walk. Neighborhood was very good - shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. but far from Rome attractions.

Great Location! Short walk to the Colosseum and the public transportation was very safe/clean. Beautiful apartment with friendly neighbors. I was a little surprised at the check in fees that were more than I was expecting.

Great spot & great hosts!

Our hosts made our 4 days & 3 nights in Rome feel like home away from home. The staff was quick to address all of our concerns and went over and above to accomodate our travel needs. Everything we needed for our stay was nearby--including a bus stop! I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone!

GALAZIA Apartment San Giovanni

Stayed 7 days. Close to public transportation, quiet neighborhood, many great restaurants (Pizzeria al Campo and Osteria 22quattro) were a couple of favorites. The host was kind to assist with retrieving some articles of clothing we had left behind going above and beyond by allowing us to come back and get the items. Would definitely recommend.

Dream apartment for a Roman holiday

We could not recommend this apartment enough. The space itself is generous, bright, clean, and incredibly beautiful. The laundry facilities were easy to use and the manual that management provides is helpful for any questions or issues. Management were responsive to our emails and very helpful and kind. This apartment will make you never want to leave Rome. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and the Pantry offers many helpful surprises including yoga mats.

Great stay!

Apartment was located in a fantastic neghborhood, with easy access to public transport, and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.The apartment itself was very nice, with multiple balconies, great natural lighting, and a good breeze that kept the apartment cool. The unit had air-conditioning, however it was not needed.The listing management was quick to respond to requests, and were very polite and professional. The only issue we experienced was a drain leak in the kitchen sink, which management had resolved the same day.Overall, a great experince that i would highly recommend.
